"Our former MEC and our union leadership played a very high stakes game of poker by not dealing at Wye River. Freund was right, we were risking everything…..and right now, it looks like we lost. They need to take responsibility for that."

U-Turn

"Yes, the East offered the NIC".........." Looking back, that offer must look like a home run to any West pilot right now"

"It’s time to take a good look in the rear-view mirror. If we had a single contract in place, the NIC would also be in place. Sure, we would probably still have USAPA. But long before the East removed ALPA, we would have been operating under a single contract, with the Nicolau seniority list in place. Next time you go to a training center brown bag lunch, before you go after the company and the East, keep in mind how close we were to a TA prior to the NIC. We did it to ourselves, guys."

Dave Blomgren, for the U-Turn

"We did this to ourselves, guys"........

EC and CP1 are to blame for destroying the careers of the west pilots......nice job ace!

Yes, it's an investment corporation, designed to take your money and investing it. Kinda like Marty does for you. Only we have much more assetts and Gary is pulling down over 200k per year. Nice, huh?

Gary and Marty both love you.

Do you have any hot stock picks?

The 2004/2005 hires have collected a lot of money, made many promises, and written better whining letters of sympathy... more successfully than any ALPA scammer ever hoped to be.

You now have AOL faithful donators sticking their finger into Kirby's chest telling him he WILL pay protect them $7,000 a month. That isn't desperate. It's just stupid.

Seriously.

Sure a shame you did not take the NIC when we offered it to you,.
.

What kind of offer are you going to make to the APA? Is there a money back guarantee? Is it a limited-time offer? Does the offer include a trip to Whine River?

Your guys are the only whiners here, can't wait till you sue the APA.

This is going to be fun to watch, enjoy your many years left in PHX son.

Why sue the APA when we have unfinished business with USAPA LLC?

You can stop begging the APA for help. You're own your own. 😉

Let Courtney know, he can get served by a pilot wearing a liberty tie. Let's see how well he can avoid numerous pilots prepared to serve him something other than pizza.
Courtney can handle being served some useless west legal crap. It comes all the time.
He served you for years. Some real serving.

Kirby is finished with his awa pilots. They are a nuisance on the way to more $$$$.

“In the US Airways – America West case, it went to binding arbitration but there was a requirement as part of that that the two unions negotiate a joint contract with the company, which wasn’t done yet.

And because it wasn’t done yet, the side that didn’t like it could prevent a joint contract from getting done. And because of that, the seniority integration never happened."
