And two of them won't. Your best bet is that "management" does a "Pittsburgh" on you and you get some displacement rights ( you do realize the "three year" no downsize clock runs out right about late Fall 2016, right?) allowing you some relief from "no bump, no flush.
Iv'e ALWAYS worked weekends and holidays (going on 28 years) so what.
Those fences are going to keep you on the little bus, for a long time! The only stolen seats that I know of are the ones you Westies are flying that belong to the East, which are keeping another shitload of you guys off the street as we speak.

Your East managers and your fake union worked together to shrink our pilot group and we are doing flying that belongs to the East? That does not even make sense.

We are going to take back what belongs to us which includes seats taken out of seniority order which will keep your guys out of wide bodies until this injustice is made right. It's all there on the new Nic which we are intending to make official in the near future.

Ahh, and that is where the rub comes....
 
The west can't use the Nic list, they argued that USAPA docent represent them, therefore the west docent represent any pilots east. 
 
If my name shows up on a list put forth by someone that dosent represent me, "Lawsuit"...
 
false representation.... and the process begins. If by chance they put forth their own list (one of the three indicated in the MOU) then everyone's good with that.
 
Then they can propose how to meld their list with the other two, just like the other two groups will have to do.
 
But lay out the Nic, and the SLI stops till the lawsuits are settled, or dropped, or judged immaterial, not before.... and once again, we move up in the east......     "Nice"!!

Exactly, that they can do. Submiting a total combined list, top to bottom, with explanation as to why this is here vs he who is there is perfectly acceptable....
But submitting a list (Nic) from someone that dosent represent me with my name on it.... "Lawsuit"

Wow , your insight never seems to amaze us, ! Well one would have to ask "Why are there 3 merger committees? If that is the case MB should rule the day and only 2 parties should be at the table! But guess what, there is 3 , should their be more? Time will tell many twists in this road , maybe 5 years worth!

I suppose spin, you are threating "leetigation" for the "tousands" of dollars you claim you lost without the luxury of any convenient proof, of a legal seniority integrated list?
