Well here we have spinthis cherry picking another court finding. 
 
The judge's opinion was it was not a Rico but serious and should be taken up in state court.
 
"The Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint raises
serious allegations against the Defendants; it alleges acts of intimidation,
harassment, and other threatening behavior against the Plaintiff and its
members. While the Court has concluded that such actions do not come
within the purview of RICO, it may well be that a Court of appropriate
jurisdiction will conclude that such actions do constitute violations of state
law and that injunctive relief is warranted to prevent this type of conduct
from continuing."

You forgot to comment about footnote 12 in the 9th remedy spinthis, I requested your comment a few times.

west pilots propaganda machine is always trying to spin the Rico suit, bottom line their actions were deplorable and unlawful. 
 
The ID theft of all East pilots from a company computer by the west is also spun as innocent by them.
 
Bottom line;
 
A former america west pilot and US Airways company pilot manager in PHX, john schreff went into a US Airways company computer, on company time and illegally copied personal ID and company information of the East Pilots.  john scherff, a US Airways company pilot manager handed this copy over to former america west pilot eric ferguson and head of the west group of RICO charged pilots.
 
Ironically john  schreff and eric ferguson are the APA, American Airlines pilots representatives of the PHX Base.  I wonder what pilot information they have available to them from their duties as union officials.

Absolutely correct. After last weeks ignorant rant by West pilots, we see the facts: arbitrators are seeking a fair integration, which will be nothing the three mostly ignorant groups have sought. The arbs seek to be fair, and stake their reputations academically on this. It will not be Nic, DOH, or LAA.
Get real boys. Everyone will be represented, and not bound- as per that ridiculous order by Bybee. That is ripe for what Wake pulled.
All will have their argument, and better be rational.
