'Yes, the East offered the NIC. They just wanted to protect their retirement attrition, which stalled by the change in Age-60. Looking back, that offer must look like a home run to any West pilot right now, but last February the EAST MEC and ALPA couldn’t get to first base with it."
Oh well you can't fix stupid or greedy I guess.
Looking back, I'm glad the West did not fall for your Wye River scheme.

It was an arbitrated decision, not yours to offer, btw.

He isn't a designated representative.   Supposedly that fact would matter to you... Are you a rock?

Never mind.  You still can't grasp what "nullity" or "status quo" means.

Thanks for the entertainment.
I see you are not mumbling the term implicit assumptions anymore. How many times should we expect to see you repeat nullity and status quo?

The Anderson letter shows the collective superiority complex of Usapians.

Then by all means aggressively refer to it when you present your case to the Arb panel.   Be like a dog on a bone.  Woof.  Woof.

Its your ace card.  Really.  The 9th ruling fell woefully short (and pissed off the Arbs), so you may as well fall back on the Anderson letter.

Sorry I can't answer you right now.  I am studying Bid 15-03, or 04, or whatever number it is.  I have lost count.

Don't concern yourself with the West presentation. It is none of your business.

Why would the arbs be pissed? They don't have any skin in the game with the DFR case. If they did, it would be a conflict of interest.

A thief can count money that does not belong to him as well. Until the law catches up with him.

Derrrrrrr. You OK Phoenix? While Anderson isn't a "rep", he is most certainly a representative of the EASTHOLES mentality.
It's OK brother, we get it. So does everyone else.

Excerpt:
I found the America West Airline drug trafficking trial fascinating. Patrick Thurston, Vice President of Operations, America West, Bob Russell, Chief of Pilots, and Carl Wobser, a captain, all pleaded guilty to multiple counts of narcotics trafficking. They had purchased a DC 6 and embarked upon a career in the drug trade. Unfortunately for them their plane, which they maxed out electronically, had chronic engine problems which required them to touch down unexpectedly in several countries. This was more than embarrassing, since they had not filed flight plans.
On one such emergency stop in Aruba, on the way back from Columbia, their plane was found packed with marijuana. There is reason to believe that their intended cargo was cocaine and that after a mix-up they did not wish to fly back empty. Despite the lofty positions these men held with America West, they seemed to have no difficulty getting time off for their drug flights, and America West wanted to rehire Russell after his six months in the Federal country club at Safford.
Twenty percent of the stock of America West was owned by Ansett Airlines of Australia and 55% of Ansett was held by Sir Peter Ables and Rupert Murdock. We know from Jonathan Kwitny 's book, the Crimes of Patriots, that Burny Houghton, perhaps the key figure in the founding of the CIA drug money laundering bank Nugan-Hand in Australia, had coffee with Sir Peter Ables the night of his first day in Australia.http://www.apfn.net/dcia/scandal.html

Dave, did any of these fine men hire and train you? This is the embodiment of what the industry knows as America west.

Your trio of thieves and drug runners, your role models perhaps Spinthis? Is this what former America west pilots came to view as a " side" business?

You guys are the ones enthusiastically espousing the invincible "Anderson Letter Strategy". If you don't want our comments then keep it to yourselves and drop the nuke on us at the hearings. 😉

How about bringing Dull Dean into the hearings. That should put the panel to sleep. That is, if they can get past his annoying accent.
