Tell me why USAPA spokesman, James Ray was not granted APA membership?

James Ray, the USAPA "national" spokesman, is a verified Continental Scab. Any information provided by a group who let's Scabs speak for them can't be trusted. I read a few dozen pilots showed up for this pointless parade of lies and omissions.
There's a name on the master list:

I wish we had reps we could trust free of their own agendas. I have the Value plan this year. According to my W2 it costs around $20,000. The threshold, if I read it correctly was over 30,000 in 2018. The excise tax is 40% of the amount over the threshold that defines the cadillac tax. So, my plan has to go up 33% before it is subject to the excise tax. So lets say for the sake of argument, it goes up to $35,000. 40% of $5,000 is $2000 or $167 per month if I have to pay it. So the reps are saying we can't negotiate a lousy $167 per month based on this scenario??? FUD plain and simple from what I can see...

Our pay rates need to be about 40% higher to come close to Delta's new rates.

This is, after all, a situation that's been described as being completely outside of anything even resembling negotiations, even though clear and serious concessions are somehow, as if by magic, able to be negotiated within...and well heck, even a whole new contract, come to think of it, but none of this is at all anything involving "negotiations"....Right?

Anyone who doesn't see all the classic mechanics of both a "shell game" and a "bum's rush" combined here shouldn't even be driving cars, much less operating passenger-laden aircraft...or ever even allowed around scissors or sharp instruments of any kind.

What does it mean to be trapped into insisting on the Nic? You present a list, (the Jess), the West presents a list, the arbitrated one. What authority do you have to say it will never happen? The company made it's position clear they don't oppose the NIC. Other than your opinion, where are your facts?

Let's revist the ruling which validated the West Committee:

That is not new and reflective of our current contract. Now, what does LTD have to do with the example I just gave regarding the medical insurance? If you dispute my example, fine! Dispute it and correct it. Personally I think this red herring is being used to garner more no votes by scaring those that won't read it for themselves.
