I thought the UAL/ Continental methodology was great. Doing it with AA would be fair as well.

What is this uphold USAPA you speak? You mean not overturning Judge Silver's ruling where she calls your victory pyrrhic?
Leonidas update after the ruling:
"Judge Silver called USAPAs victory on McCakill-Bond Pyrrhic because USAPA, once again driven by its single-minded need to oppress West Pilots, has been the mastermind of its own march towards irrelevance. USAPA took the position that only the certified bargaining agent can determine who can participate in McCaskill-Bond in an effort to prevent West participation. Once again, USAPA did not think through its legal strategy because Judge Silvers acceptance of that argument means that once USAPA ceases to be a collective bargaining agent it cannot participate in McCakill-Bond or seniority integration. Judge Silver was unequivocal on this point: when USAPA is no longer the certified representative, it must immediately stop participating in the seniority integration. Doc. 298 at pg. 21:11-12. We will enforce the Court's ruling that USAPA cannot be involved in seniority integration at the earliest practicable date."
So, you "won" in Silver's court. The flip side is the 9th rules that she got it wrong and rules in favor of the West.
Now, do you finally get the reason the West filed the appeal? I'm glad you are as excited about the appeal as the West. 😉

I can see why there have been no updates from the Kremlin to appease the lemmings out East.

The East pilots don't pressure each other to buy useless $675 ties or pressure each other to make monthly donations to a FOR PROFIT organization (that brings profits to very few).  
 
Most every pilot group that merged with APA would pretty much be close to "malcontents" now.  "Keep your eye on the fist."

That is how I answer the question on the AA furloughed. The one I answered. Eastcheats runs like a cockroach when the light comes on and he evades the question.

You must be confused about the process. The APA, the East and the West make their case to the arbitrators. That's the the way it's done, embrace the methodology. 😉
