That's the right "stuff" little one. Just pretend no challenge was offered "you'se", since you're far too pathetic a "person" to ever accept one anyway...Most impressive indeed.

Cactusboy53: "This is Sparta!"  Yeah...umm...Have fun with your fantasies kids.
I heard you did not show up at your last challenge. Everyone knows you are a fake. The only battle you have is with your beer belly. Too bad you have to overcompensate for your many shortcomings.

WTF are you whining/fantasizing about there? That's news to me. You heard wrong, but such lies are reasonably expected from you pathetic little punks. No matter.  I suppose that whatever makes you able to even imagine having a spine is understandable coping behavior.

And details about this latest lie of yours are what...? "You'se" mighty "spartans" truly refine the definition of the word Coward, and we're not even talking about anything that could offer "you'se" actual harm to other than your purses and egos.

You have a short memory. 😉

Then kindly refresh it for us all...? You're just a pathetic, spineless little liar. In other words; a fully typical "spartan soldier" in every way.

You are a sad, pathetic loser who is unable to ascertain when he is being summarily laughed at. Getting stapled via the Nic award has been the greatest gift you've ever received. It's done wonders for your online "social life" Which considering you have no ACTUAL life is better than nothing I guess. Wait until you see the final list, you'll need a liquid cooled keyboard and a bigger beer cooler!!

Well, I understand after not getting the bonus that the APA got (100 grand plus) we now lost the 3% appeal, BOTH thanks to the incompetence of Ciabattoni and Hummel, did Dave and Gary really use Hummels friend who is part of an anti labor law firm.

The Compass Correction group has done so much damage us.

Why has Dave not told us yet?

http://www.metzlewis.com/         This is the firm that Hummel and Caibattoni used for our 3% deal.  ANYONE WANT TO TAKE A GUESS WHY?

we provide union avoidance training and advice, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and address the day-to-day controversies that arise.

http://www.metzlewis.com/our-people-practices/      Read this.  An anti union law firm, go figure

Steve is in commercial litigation, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial and complex civil cases (including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, restrictive covenants claims, civil rights issues, zoning and property disputes, bank-related and financial services claims, and breach of warranty claims). Additionally, Steve has substantial experience in commercial tax assessment litigation and pursuit of tax exempt status for non-profit corporations.

Steve is certified as a mediator, arbitrator and early neutral evaluator by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and has been selected as a member of the Board of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association.

His background as a high school English teacher comes into practice every day. "A good trial lawyer has to be a good storyteller," he says. He often advises students to preface their legal education with an English degree.

Steve spends much of his free time with his two daughters, who are both competitive gymnasts ("I work, then chase after my kids," he laughs). He also does considerable pro bono work for the parent organization of the gym where they train.

No RLA experience at all,  NONE!  maybe good to take care of a zoning issue.

STEVE PETRIKIS  lived in Grove City Pa.   GARY HUMMEL lived in Grove City Pa.  Hey they even went to school together and are best of friends.  I thought the president of the union was suppose to look out for the members,  guess not in this case.

It gets better..... read the complaint against him......https://docs.rpxcorp.com/lits/632/21501/pawdce-214748.pdf?Signature=oH8Mfb1UYq%2F1pWRK7jCRBD1ylfI%3D&Expires=1427822728&AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAI2UWKALIEYBVOKDA  Item 80

REMEMBER WHO PUT HUMMEL IN OFFICE,   Ciabattoni and his COMPASS CORRECTION GANG..........and we are all paying for it now.  WHAT WILL THEY DO NEXT TO HURT THIS PILOT GROUP?  Stay tuned.

What harm can the "president " of your little non profit elks club in NC do? Is the Kiwanis Club out to get you too? I'd think you would want to maintain a good rapport with your co-defendant Courtney. The West pilots are coming after both of you and you can bet it will be relentless. You little scabs need to stick together, after your personal bankruptcies, perhaps you can move in together in a kind of Odd-Couple episode?

My regards to Ms. Jane Doe....

Even the most dysfunctional 13 year olds can sit down to a keyboard and fantasize themselves to "be somebody", and that's all "you'se" sad ilk is clearly capable of.
Wager? Are you feeling lucky? I'll bet your lucky numbers at that dump, Atlantic City are 6-6-6.

Were you one of the Philly based "Aces" who won the scrape your tail competition? After the attorneys get their share of the winnings, there might not be much prize money left. 😉

At least it was newsworthy:

Such a desperate cry for attention and recognition.  You are oblivious to just how unbalanced you appear on this forum, aren't you?

He's a fraud. I don't even waste my time with him anymore. Ignore.

That's because you have no case. Hmmm 😉
If USAPA has no money (THAT was YOUR point), why is AOL suing? Try to keep up. 😀
