Regarding your avatar sir, the recent turn of events in the last decade are fair. 
 
You are and have been stagnant for 10 years.  You have what you brought to the mergers. PHX narrow bodies, little attrition and Southwest Airlines being the dominant carrier in your base.

How to try to become an airline pilot with 20 years seniority and be a so called expert lawyer in less than 5 years.
 
Hell, russ webber made it to the top with much more pain but less time.

I doubt that any deals with Usapians  would be honored and are much like the N Koreans who built a bomb after promises and a deal. We'd be in a worse position than today if it were not for our legal efforts. Your perception of a win is seriously misguided. Justice has only been delayed. USAPA's legacy as a union was not as a bargaining agent which led to a joint contract and higher pay, rather one that kept you under bankruptcy wages and in court.
 
You are seriously delusional and all you have to do is look at a donor list which tells the true story of unity, not your imagined division. There are more court battles ahead and the arbitration process to go through. That's the reason you fear the process, the delays will come to an end. The agent of delay has been decertified and replaced by the APA. You fear the process because all you have left is what is in your rearview mirror.....I get it.
