The questions about what would an order from the court accomplish were more rhetorical as everyone in the room understood that a ruling in favor of the West would only have the effect of being a monument to our position.

Bottom line, USAPA as a union claiming it represents West pilots has reverted to an LLC with a seat at the table.

USAPA no longer makes that claim, get your facts straight. Isn't AOL just an LLC as well, just with less funding. They are an army that sells ties.

None of the attorneys earned their money yesterday. Mitch could have done better than all of them. He makes a more convincing argument, and I have watched him attack Dug on the crew news with more articulation, accuracy, and authority.
