AFA Tentative Details Released

No, the east pilots had in writing that their LOA93 wages became amendable on 12-31-2009. The arbitrator simply upheld what was plainly written in the LOA.

All Fa's,
My opologies, had no desire to hijack ur thread with pilot crap. Only hoping others would learn from alpa mistakes!
Please forgive any more morons hoping to rebut my warnings. Was brief in my example for a reason, I have no desires to prove my points like a-hole above. I will spare all a comeback to his typical " scab " laiden reply.

Heres a thought....For those who continue to bark and whine about mis spelled words and definitions...(rightly or wrongly) has anyone of you sent an email, made a phone call, dropped by their office of any of the AFA reps or negiotiators?????????????? Why ask these questions on a board where no one on here knows the answer? Could it be you havent thought of that or you dont want to hear the truth? Its really amzing that no one has made an effort to ask those questions? Am I missing something here??

For those truely interested in knowing the truth...ask those who might know... Here are some of the tools you might use...

All FA's

My apologies, but when a poster such as fatherabraham post a complete lie and tries to make a point, I considered it noteworthy enough to challenge his false statement.

When he resorts to name calling rather than rebuttal, it is obvious why he was brief in his example. His example was false, and highlights exactly why the AFA should avoid any ties in their contract that would rely on usapa. However, if you feel that it improves your contract, so be it.

I guess someone's tired of flying with his wife all the time. Getting rid of Me Too would make that easy.

I guess that was meant for me???

I am not saying get rid of me too,,I am saying do not completely rely on it in the present enviroment. Not only the pilot dispute enviroment, but also, it looks like pilot flight time duty regs are changing, so in the regulatory enviroment you could be attaching to an unknown that it turns out you will not like.

Regardless, this TA is complete, and will eventually pass in some form that will not address what I am talking about, so my real advice is go for the money.
