Interesting comments, aquagreen. It seems the colossal card calamity will cost Bradford the upgrade he was banking on, but in the end this USAPA fiasco will save east pilots a lot of heartache and money. How ironic- Bradford and company should all be thanked for their incompetence. Anger certainly is a difficult emotion to diffuse.

Speaking of incompetence, I love the way auquagreen stuck around and defended himself regarding my accusations of his hypocrisy. I am sure the lure of an ambulance siren caught his attention.

The law is whose lawyers prepare and present a better case to the Judge/Jury. Right/Wrong, innocent or guilty have no actual bearing on what a judge or jury rule. It's based on many things up to and including Jury Nullification in the case of a jury trial.

Going to court is always a crap shoot, why do you think most Corporations settle? Not the case with rival unions though, you guys won't be happy until you bankrupt your unions and your members. Have fun kids and don't throw to much sand at each other.
