Edit - Instead of doing another post...I'll just post this here. Hharotz - I attempted to fix that poor thing, could only do so much with a small imagine like that...but heres what I came up with:

Like this (with thanks to poster CLT Douglas) except the Shuttle (if a dedicated fleet) would be white but keep the gray bottom and 'squiggly' Shuttle titles. And obviously they would not all operate A320s, it's just for show. Oh and change the Express name to something snappier.

Probably not as the original idea was to use the "red, MetroJet scheme", as you'll see from reading the above posts.

IMO, inverting the current base of the scheme would be all that's necessary for the group that's screaming about the navy blue in the desert sun....Grey top, blue belly as shown in the "US Shuttle" livery above would keep the smart look of the current scheme but would be a welcome and not-too-drastic change.

...As for uniforms, I hereby nominate either Donatella Versace or Jean Paul Gauthier to head up the design team! 😀 ...with our luck it will probably be a co-branding effort between Lee Jeans and K-Mart. *SIGH*

Not sure about Gualtier for the uniforms. I'm not sure if alot of our F/As could get away with this (the famous outfit he designed for Madonna):

It's closest to what it should actually look like. A few things need to be fixed however....reduce the flag size and colour it in to be like the real flag...increase the name size...whiten the middle cheat stripe and make it thicker on the tail a bit....that should do it.

I like that one...although it reminds me of my favorite airlines last livery. I like the current USAirways livery, I think it is one of the best in the industry.

Sorry, foreright, altho red is pretty and a 'power' color, it oxidizes faster than any other.
We are going to get whatever is cheapest up front, and cheapest to maintain in the long run. Its all about 'cost'.
I'm sure there will be some 'pasted' logos flying around for many years.
And if you think its a joke about the navy planes in the desert, think again.
If you touch a dark color car thats been parked in the sun, you can burn your hand.
The most popular color for cars out here is white. And for good reason.
FINALLY, just last week, mgmnt finally acknowledged the extreme heat conditions our crews work in sometimes and has allowed us to go tieless thru Oct!
The Airbus actually has a thermal screen to cover the FD windows on the exterior while parked at the gate.

Good... now, make the flag logo even smaller.... good... smaller.... a little smaller..... just a bit more small.... smaller still..... a little more on the smaller size..... now, make it dimmer.... you know, why don't you change the flag color to match the background blue (yes, that's good) and just a bit smaller... GREAT... Perfect
