A perfect example of how uninformed and completely disconnected you are in the Mechanics Class and Craft industry in Aviation. Sad but expected to say the least from you weezy. The damn election has JUST started you moron, with ballots starting to be mailed and the election starting today Dec 16 thru Feb 12th.
Now to educate you a little more I will leave with a schedule lay out of the process for this election that will "once again" drive the IAM out of the Mechanic Class and Craft in our industry and rid our industry of another industrial union. Now read and learn the steps of the process:

December 15, 2025

Dear Hawaiian Airlines AMTs,

On December 16, you will begin voting in a union representation election that will be the most important vote of your career. Before you vote, we want you to have clear, concrete information about what AMFA has already delivered for AMTs at another major carrier—and what that could mean for you.

What AMFA Has Achieved for AMTs at Alaska Airlines

AMFA-represented AMTs at Alaska Airlines earn about $28,000 more per year than AMTs at Hawaiian. That’s roughly $540 more every week—money that goes directly into a family budget, savings account, or retirement plan.

These gains didn’t happen by accident. They were negotiated by an organization focused solely on the craft and class of AMTs.

AMFA Will Improve Your Working Life

At our recent Town Hall, AMFA’s elected leadership walked through:

  • How AMFA contracts prevent outsourcing
  • How AMFA strengthens job security
  • How AMFA consistently negotiates top-of-industry wages
Click here to watch the town hall. AMFA leaders and counsel answer real questions submitted by Hawaiian Airlines AMTs.

Proven Contract Language That Puts Money in AMTs’ Pockets

One example: AMFA negotiated a “Rising Tides” provision at Alaska Airlines. When wages increase in one city or at one step, everyone beneath that step moves up automatically. No AMT gets left behind.

AMFA also secured an annual wage review, ensuring AMTs remain at the top of the industry when compared with both other airlines and other workgroups. When others receive raises, this review can mean additional money for AMTs, too.

Beginning December 16: Your Choice

By voting for AMFA representation, you choose:

  • A stronger voice
  • Proven wage gains
  • A union focused on the work AMTs do
We’ve delivered these results at Alaska Airlines, and we’re ready to work just as hard for AMTs at Hawaiian Airlines.

Thank you for everything you do to keep Hawaiian Airlines flying safely every day.

In solidarity,

AMFA National Executive Council

And looky here weez. AMFA follows thru with yet another AIP in the industry for SC Mechanics. Just another win-win to chalk up for AMFA again. AMFA just keeps winning and winning!!!

December 15, 2025

Participants for AMFA
Earl Clark – Region I Director
Wilber “Will” Abbott – Region II Director
Tony Christner – Airline Representative
Lucas Middlebrook – Legal Counsel
Peter Manikowski – Economist

Participants for Sun Country Airlines
Eric Levenhagen – Chief Human Resources Officer
Stephen Coley – Sr. VP & Head of Operations
Brian Scudds – Director Labor Relations
Scott Bjergo – Director of Outstation Maintenance
Roy Fan – Director FP&A
Jacki Thompson – Legal Counsel

The AMFA-SCA Negotiating Committee (“Committee”) is providing this update to the membership at Sun Country Airlines (“Sun Country”). This is the only official source of negotiating communications by the Committee.

The Parties met in Chicago, December 9–11, for the first mediated bargaining session following the conclusion of the government shutdown.

We are pleased to inform you that, at the conclusion of the third day of mediated bargaining, the Parties reached an Agreement-in-Principle (AIP) on the terms for a first collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

An AIP signifies the Parties have reached alignment on the terms of a first CBA but still need to finalize and convert the AIP into a cover-to-cover tentative agreement (TA) for your review and consideration. AMFA Legal will immediately begin working with Company counsel on the process of converting the AIP into a full TA. Once that is complete, AMFA will complete its internal processes required to deliver the TA to you for review. AMFA will then conduct an education process (i.e., roadshow) to present the TA to you and answer any questions you may have. Thereafter, you will cast your vote regarding ratification of the TA.

We will keep you updated as this process unfolds. We thank you for your tremendous support throughout this lengthy process. If you have any questions related to the AIP or TA ratification process, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Airline Representative, Tony Christner.

Fraternally,

Your AMFA-SCA Negotiating Committee

What do you mean AMFA doesn’t want to debate the IAM. What are they chickens? 🐔 cluck cluck cluck.

That idiot is completely full of ****. AMFA has the best record out there representing Airline Mechanics period. AMFA has the MOST ILC's to date, highest pay, benefits, time off, retirement, and many other perks. The industry speaks for itself. AMFA is currently representing Airline and Engineering Mechanics at 10 airlines with 3 looking and working on bringing AMFA to their airlines and 2 more that are voting on an AMFA representation that will eliminate another IAM represented Mechanics in the airline industry.
AMFA does not need to fall for the IAM's attempt at a request for a debate. For one the entire Mechanic Class and Craft already knows how well AMFA represents, AND how transparent they are in our industry. 2nd, AMFA will never fall for a chance for the industrial unions to try and take out AMFA at a debate by assault and/or harming any individuals that support AMFA like the twu did in Oklahoma many years ago and twu representatives were arrested at the debate for doing so.
You see weez, the IAM's problem was they focused too much on their bread and butter group only and not the Class and Craft of the Mechanics in the industry, just like the failed teamsters did too, and soon will move over onto the twu as well.
Wow! wezzy, you have commented several times that this merger and vote at Alaska and Hawaiian Air has NOTHING to do with your union or you airline, but here you are steadily staying in the business that has NOTHING to do with you at all. Speaks volumes weezy!!!

If AMFA really had good (interior) contracts which means job and work function opportunities rather than them just trying to tout pay alone. A tiny drop higher due to the fact they pay for those wages with less manpower, they would have that debate against the IAM. They would be falling all over themselves to make their case. But they won’t. The reason they won’t is they have a history of shutting down any and all opposing voices.

Go to any AMFA controlled website, Facebook or X and try asking them any tough questions. They will block you in a heartbeat.

This silly little site is the only place they have no control over. But no one is here except the guy I have blocked (lol) who I’m driving crazy 🤪 just by continuing to mess with him. He has no choice but to respond because he has to. He’s a total fruit basket.

AMFA sucks. ✅

Here’s the grand prize that shady Lawfirm (AMFA) is really gunning for. Everything else is nothing but small potatoes.

Run from AMFA. They only want your money. Thieving Lawyers

Again you are spreading misinformation once again. AMFA does have an outstanding Attorney team to help support our Mechanic Class and Craft for sure, just like all top unions do have like our Pilots have. It takes $$$ to have a great team of Attorney's, otherwise you get the representation like you have at the twu, teamsters and iam who never want to spend any money to represent and save members from getting wrongfully fired etc... This is all you can come up with weez? Speaks volumes on AMFA's side, keep up the great work.

Did someone just write something here? Well they must have and I’m going to just guess who that wingnut might be. I got the kook on ignore as we can see and everything is so much more nice and peaceful now.

Now pay attention here skippy. I've already said the iam will not loose their bread and butter group at Boeing, just like the teamsters at UPS. Besides, Boeing is a manufacturer, which is completely different than an Airline Industry. There would have to be a MAJOR turn of events in order for AMFA to even think about representation at Boeing and it's not in their cards for sure. Keep trying weez...
