I agree, the MOU has nothing to do with merging East and West. It was not a joint contract. No combined list East and West. No bidding out of PHX. No ripeness.

As to the ad hoc suggestion, that does not even make sense.

Little Nicky Four should have listened more closely as Scott Kirby told Capt. Gay CLEARDIRECTLY -"NO"
Nicky, NO, means NO.

Just saw the letter about how our union boys and girls are really raking in the dough at our expense, absolutely disgusting, I would not mind t so much if they got us a good deal and not another bankruptcy MOU.

Congratulations on finally catching up.

That USAPA/Brother shredder works fine but I had no idea how small the confetti was.
Brother, I'm trying to figure out why I have to run confetti through the shredder.
It's not working for me. What am I missing?

Here is how AOL funds itself. First Officers ask the Captains to donate and if they don't then all the First Officers put them on the no fly list and the Captain cannot pick up time. You gotta love it!!! True extortion by the minority. And you thought USAPA was bad. AOL, the "real" AFO club.

Here's how USAPA works: angry FOs tell you how to vote and then threaten you. Thanks for the great union Jamie.

I don't understand why you throw stones Jamie considering we're 1000x worse. Between the threats of physical violence (which I've personally experienced) for not towing the line to the giant sucking sound our group makes when pulling money out of my wallet for investigations that go no where, we have no room to criticize. And being call an infection by the west is not surprising considering we can't even stand each other. So save it because the hypocrisy you show makes us look even worse.

You aren't fooling anyone U Haul

How are the chicken depots in DCA? We liked you much better with your foul mouth.

They really have a "Half-Hobson" now as the threat of a USAPA strike has completely evaporated with the recent pilot's agreement (of course the Permanent Injunction that USAPA agreed to also made that an empty argument). The only portion of a "Hobson" still existing is the threat of an AOL lawsuit.

How could there be a threat of a strike? Really? And a Hobson's choice with only one choice? What?

And why is an "AOL" lawsuit to be so uniquely feared? The Company and Union will always, always face the threat of being sued at any time.

But judging by AOL's continued leap of faith to phantom and/or conditional ripeness, I somehow don't think either are too concerned. Jump the gun Marty will always save the day with another false start, ensuring prompt and continued payment.

Other way around Danny boy you and your group of idiots cost the rest of this pilot group through your weakness, all of CLT knows it, 3 to 1. You and your Munn group are the "laughingstock of the industry"

Just saw the letter about how our union boys and girls are really raking in the dough at our expense, absolutely disgusting, I would not mind t so much if they got us a good deal and not another bankruptcy MOU......

" We can also report that the CLT recall attempt was extremely harmful in our effort to get you adequate returns. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time, and we are sure that management is delighted with the actions of the pilots who were behind it."

Munn was behind the Recall and the Recall ensured a vote on the MOU.

Beaten by Munn, no wonder he's always on your mind.

The Supreme Court has ruled twice on mandatory dues in a closed shop.

First case was Beck vs CWA and Machinists vs Whirpool and the court ruled you have to pay what's germane to the CBA.

And you become a non-member, losing your right to vote on a CBA, in union elections and you lose the right to attend meetings, but you still have to be represented in case of discipline.

Oh, good, I get to be represented in a discipline case by a "union" that wants me gone. Yea!

Gaining at someone else's expense is scab mentality.

So the AWA new hire going ahead of a seventeen year pilot is a scab? Of course not.

But the East Class with USAPA has successfully guaranteed that will never happen, so the point is moot.

Get the briefing from crazy Suzi. Of course you have to pay, eventually.

And nobody here wants you gone. On the contrary, you are a valued source of revenue Ames!

How about our angry captains' club on the east (with guys like me who are senior to all of you with or without Nicolau) which knows the Nicolau list is simply unfair to our colleagues who sacrificed more than you weenies could ever know to keep this airline alive?

We supported the "angry first officers" because we share their righteous anger. (And there are a WHOLE LOT of us.)

Your view of fairness is just plain fcuked. Relative seniority is fair. DOH places all of your formerly furloughed pilots above most of our captains. I am sick of pointing that out so you can take your righteous anger and shove it up your ass.

You are a fool for supporting your angry fo's. Everyone knows it but you. My guess is that you support them more because you are afraid of them than that you are trying to do the right thing.

Pussies such as yourself have no business being captains.
