What is it that you don't understand about ALPA national selling us out during BK? Do you not understand what it means when Delta's ALPA publicly states the the industry would be better off if USAir just went out of business.....supposedly our union brothers? Any idea of what the truth is on our pension termination? What does it mean when ALPA merger policy states "no windfalls"?

These are the kind of dirty political tricks that I associate you with, which caused me to quit paying ALPA dues a year before they were kicked off the property.

You had some good posts today. Trader's daddy got him the job. He never had to work for anything in his life. He is nothing but a ankle biter. He is baiting you, do not allow this and ignore the adolescent adult.

I had a squadron mate in the Navy with a call-sign of NIC, his given name was Nico Over. He got married to a really great looking red head, that he met at the beach one afternoon. They ended up having a son, whom they named Roger. That's right.......Roger Over! I remember asking him why he would do such a thing and he said "because it would make it virtually impossible for him to grow up to be a pilot!" He was an NFO (Non Flying Object) most of whom I came to realize were frustrated wannabe pilots with bad eyes. Anyway, that's the only NIC I have had any personal "interaction" with, although I have heard "rumors" that there is another one around here somewhere. I personally, haven't had any "interaction" with him though. Let me know if anyone ever sees him show up on a bid here at The "New" AMR, I'm beginning to think that he is hanging out with "Bigfoot" somewhere.

Sounds like a distinct possibility to me. How ironic, ALPA let the Continental "crew" back into the "club", with an "all is forgiven" pat on the head and an eye on the forthcoming dues checks. Now, today, the result might very well be the "possibility" of ALPA being, kicked to the curb, once again. Never should have EVER strayed from DOH and never should have EVER done "business" with, what one might call "real traditional" scabs! Not to be confused with some of the more "creative" definitions of the word floating around the internet these days. It's not pretty once the Camel gets it's head in the tent.

You have not gotten a court or anyone in authority to say the ALPA rules were not followed or that the Nicolau was a windfall. Nothing but your opinion.

Judge Silver did say that an arbitrated list is fair.

The Nicolau Award was the second issue that began the self inflicted destruction of ALPA. The manipulation of DOH was the first. It is totally unreasonable for any unionist to allow or expect one group to take advantage of another groups TEMPORARY poor economic situation during a merger. We are hobbled enough with our seniority that is not transferable. The predatory merger mentality is going to be the downfall of ALPA.

And you can better believe THIS transcript will get entered in the final Chapter of ALPA. Delta will form their own union, we will be APA and SWA will be SWAPA. ALPA will be destroyed because of the Nicolau award and the TWA debaucle.

USAPA set the wheels in motion for all that the top of the LUP is LOS. From there all integrations will be measured. Time will tell.
