The West broke USAPAs back all the while shoving LOA93 into Your deepest recesses. USAPA owns a Ford Taurus. That's it...although it probably looks like a Ferarri compared to what you can afford. HA!

You broke your own back, be proud of the second worst contract in the industry. Be prepared to live on it for a long time.

. I have voted on every issue that I was given a chance to vote on with ALPA and USAPA so I'm going to vote until I leave.

So why would you vote on an issue that doesn't affect you, unless you are using that vote as a weapon?

It seems that you're entirely unable to even imagine anyone acting out of concern for junior coworkers he's known for many years, and for personal principles. For that matter; you make it quite clear that you can't even believe anyone could choose to act in any manner that's not entirely ALL about MEEE! 😉 I can't say I'm at all surprised here......

Fellow USAirways Pilots,

A group of CLT pilots led by Tom McGuirk and Mike Bake have formed a committee to
initiate the recall of the CLT reps Bill McKee, DeWitt Ingram, and Steve Crimi. We have
named the committee the ROCC ( Recall Organization Committee Charlotte ).

The ROCC believes a recall is necessary due to their continued poor judgement and
failure to adequately represent their constituents including;
•
Their confidence in winning LOA 93 - we lost
•
Their support of the Status Quo filing in NY which was subsequently dismissed
•
Their use of the Safety Culture survey to support a “Safety Campaign” that
resulted in a court injunction for this pilot group
•
The election of our current President would be overturned due to election
violations - dismissed by the Labor Dept.
•
Lobbying hard to hire Roland Wilder and his team of professional negotiators yet
ignoring their advice when they don’t like what they hear.
•
Domicile updates that are disingenuous at best with limited and/or partial facts
while full of emotional, inflammatory rhetoric which serves no purpose in
educating the line pilot.

If you would like to join the ROCC or sign a CLT Rep recall petition email us at

CLTREPRecall@yahoo.com

for details. In order to keep track of the petitions we will be sending you numbered
signature forms or pilots may send in individual signatures. A website will be up and
running later this week.

Luvn,

Just as I posted. I have voted on every item that was presented to me by the union so I will vote even if the chance comes along on my last day. To take your logic a bit further do you think a person who is 105 should not vote just because they might not be around to reap the benefits (if any) of the results of the vote?

Bob

I wonder who has the worst contract in the industry?

LMAO.

Yeah, and if the village idiot was smart enough to read any deeper than hourly rates, he'd know we're far from the bottom. He'd be happy though to give everything in our contract away, just so he could steal our seniority.

Bean,

Idiot & steal ........hmmmm.......seems to be beneath you and too early for the juice!
I seem to recall Dean Collello a mid summer 88 hire. Remind us again since you seem to be repeating this theft mantra.........the year you started at AWA .

Excerpts from a letter.............But this is not all of it. People often ask me where I get some of my news. It often comes from trusted pilots that have friends in high places. In this case, it's a very high value source over at American. I can't divulge that source or it will cease being a source. But this source told me that the APA is not impressed with our Gary Hummel. It seems that when Gary was in DFW meeting with the APA leadership, in an after hours bar called the Trinity Bar, Gary let the APA leadership know what he thinks about our BPR and it was very unflattering. Once again undermining our position in negotiations. These APA BOD's say they found Gary to be unprofessional and were taken back by his behavior. In their world, they vote on decisions, the President carries it out and if he doesn't....they ask for his resignation and he gives it. Any problems stay behind closed doors and they present a unified group to management. Speaking as Gary apparently did about our Board undermined their faith in him.

The company has made pitting one pilot group against the other an art form. Make no mistake, the APA will quickly become our competitors in the limited amounts of money and flying protections that Parker is throwing out here. The APA Leadership will work as hard as they can to get as much as they can for their members and if that means taking some from us to do it, that will be how it will work. Parker will just tell them if they want more, they need to get it from us and allowing the APA Leaders a peak into our union and that we are not unified will only make it that much easier for them. The fact is, the BPR is unified and in this case, it was unified against Hummel.

I applaud the Compass Correction for demanding more cooperation with the APA. But I never saw any criticism about Hummel's role in the MOU fiasco. It seems to me that if you are going to fix the problem, you had better identify it first. HUMMEL HAS GOT TO GO NOW!!!!!!

I have a better idea. The BPR has got to go NOW. We will start with the CLT reps. The recall is underway as we speak.

Driver...

Upps...dupe. I didn't see the other post about the recall.
