If you look at the past history of this and most other airlines you will see more aircraft order CANCELLATIONS than god can count. How about when good ole USAirways cancelled Boeing orders in order to get the Airbi? This company paid an initially undisclosed sum to Boeing in order to cancel those orders when all Boeing wanted us to do was take a number of Boeing aircraft equal to the value of the cancellation fee. When the fee was finally disclosed it was 250 million. How many 75's or 76's could we have received for 250 million? This happened at a time when the company was turning down international flying because we didn't have enough aircraft..

This company after a merger would make do (sound familiar) with the current fleet until the new 190/195 orders could be filled.

If the company does not want to give us a min. fleet there is a reason and it is sure not going to be good for the pilots.

I don't believe that statement is completely correct. The only aircraft that US bailed on from Boeing was the remainder of the 757 order that Seth had placed. I don't recall a shortage of long range aircraft being an issue at that time. The only true international expansion didn't start until W&G came into the mix, and they weren't looking to expand with 757's.

No, you see, I didn't sign up for the lifetime in the airlines because I am in a union and I can't change companies because I'll be on the bottom of the seniority pile. I did that radical thing of getting an education and getting a job that is portable from company to company. Sure, I have to compete and perform as an individual, but I don't have to be part of a collectivist union that protects the dim, the weak and the slow. But, it's done wonders for you mate...

Bottom of the barrel airline to be specific. Be honest and admit Franke Air Hired you because of your limited education and experience. And then you went out and hired more like yourself with limited education who could not get hired anywhere but Franke Air.

who is/are the scabs at USAPA? why are they called scabs? once a pilot scabs he is a scab forever...so scabs lurking about inside USAPA?
 
Nic4 and U Haul are locked into PHX tighter than a clam with lockjaw. U Haul has promised a move for years. The fact their seniority scam blew off the tracks for 6 yrs hasn't sunk in yet. Now Horton is working with his flyboys. Now their AA conquest dreams are failing. Not a good month.......

Nic4 does not want to leave PHX. Horton is not working with the APA, pilots contract was trashed yesterday. Seniority is still in place, although usapa helped dozens of east pilots steal West jobs, and have proven themselves to be scabs like yourself.

The final and binding truth is neither you or Doug Parker can impose the Nic. That is the one and only truth. Since 2007. No Nic. It is just not going to happen.

Res and Nic4 have a lot of things lurking in their heads. The scab thing is just the beginning of the story. Ask U Haul about his fantasy house in CLT. Franke certainly hired the oddities.

Those who have chosen to step outside the bounds of union obligation in order to take from a west pilot simply because they have sufficient numbers to delay implementing the arbitrated list have earned the title of scab. Each one who permits this to happen is equally guilty to the one who takes the position he knows is not rightfully his. There is no difference between someone justifying their self-serving actions in accepting an out-of seniority upgrade and crossing a picket line. You are taking from a fellow pilot to enrich yourself, the very definition of a scab. You can try to hide behind the excuse of unratified, non-implemented, windfall, or former CBA, but at the very core, they all know what they are doing is wrong.

They should live out the remainder of their career under the consequences of their decisions.

The LCC pilots will likely all get screwed...but..we will be screwed in Nic order.

I'm both very pleased and proud of having done even my small part in thwarting the utterly immoral schemes of greed-soaked people like yourself, who would cheerfully steal your supposed "seniority" from those with far more years worked than you.....Pretty basic stuff really...
