They have been around hundreds of them for so long they have lost touch with the reality outside of their wacky operation.

What do you ever use for a moral compass if you can't immediately find some arbitrator/lawyer/whatever to instruct you? I could almost feel sorry for such as yourself......seriously.

who said anybody has worked "far longer than myself". That scab outfit you are supporting is not seeking LOS.

I don't step "way ahead" of anybody with the Nic. I moved backwards to accommodate east pilots who occupied widebodies.

Now usapa wishes to take pilots off the street from furlough, with less LOS than their West counterparts and give them their West counterparts position, that was rightfully awarded in a binding arbitration.

Actually, don't bother to answere....you already have...you are totally okay with reneging on a deal, and are not to be trusted. As luvn said, you will live with the consequences for the remainder of your career.

No, I think the east has condemned themselves to the next 20 years or however long they have of trying to justify their actions to anyone who is their captive audience, and eating dinner in their room alone. Just like most scabs do now.

I don't know about you, but the comraderie of this job was one of the redeeming features that helped compensate for long hours away from home and meager pay. The east decided to trade all that away. Like a crew meal.

The west can carry on secure in the knowledge that they did what was right by abiding by their obligations, and that gains them respect and requires no explanation or justification. While the events have not yielded the outcome we would desire, (yet) in some ways I think we are far better off if all we have secured is the moral high ground.

The alternative is pitiful.

YEA, Good for you and your moral high ground, WORTHLESS and will be SOLD! Alleviates alot of lawsuits and makes things simple, DOT market share in a merger, and since the T/A has not been fulfilled it will be null and void, ie "OPERATIONAL INTEGRATION, seperate ratification, etc, "TOAST"! That list is as useless as ATA, see ya!
