Nah, Kirby has an "I Love USAPA" bumpersticker on his Porsche, right next to the LOA-93 vanity plates.

Go back to the one where US spins off the west. That's my personal fave!

Saw this in the Tempe HQ parking lot...

No, your mom would probably tell you.....

I see that in addition to your naturally being all-knowing of the deepest thoughts of others,,,,that you've evidently served as an understudy to John Edward as well? Well.. at least you both are clearly blessed with the same level of "integrity". Keep those amazing delusions coming.

Perhaps for your next round of T-shirts you should consider embellishing them iwth "Cogito ergo sum". That way, in additon to having supposed "Integrity",. you can farcically proclaim to the world that you supposedly "think" as well.

Why are you so scared of a 3 way arbitration? You may come out better as you have indicated that the east got too much.

Why wouldn't you be? You sit down at a table with THREE arbitrators. These three would be from the SAME organization that employs Arbitrator Nicolau. Mr. Nicolau (being one of the most, if not the senior jurist of these arbitrators) is most likely a mentor / friend of each of these people.

You have publicly lambasted, debased and besmirched Mr. Nicolau personally and professionally (as you also did with Judge Wake). How do you suppose those arbitrators are going to view the former US Air pilots in a three way arbitration?

Remember, in an arbitration the parties agree to the outcome as FINAL and BINDING.

You know you really are hilarious, under the NIC, PHX would close and any raise to an EAST pilot would be, given to a WEST pilot displaced EAST, so spare us your BS! AINT GONNA HAPPEN!

If the company chooses to close PHX so be it. Under the Nic I would be displaced east under my rightful seniority. I can live with that.

Please explain how ucrapa can represent east and west in a three way arbitration. That just ain't gonna happen.

In other words, these supposed bastions of moral and logical perfection are merely flawed human beings that are inherently subject to all the same, projected character deficits as say...yourself?...In that they might bias results due to personal prejudices? Oh my! Be careful here 😉 You're dangerously close to making a fine case for not being overawed, and with that comes the necessary notion that blind compliance to their whims "might" not truly constitute the apogee point in anyone's moral travels through Fantasyland/Integrityland/etc...well....perhaps Fantasyland 😉

Would that be an "unquestionably ripe" automatic DFR suit? Either way, the initiation of said suit speaks nothing as to the result.Parker is and will be taking big chances, the rewards are too great. To this day, after over 5 years of asking on this forum, I have never, ever heard one response that would tell me how the NIC would ever be actually implemented on this property. Not one.Greeter

The way it will be implemented is that one day (soon) we will merge with American, be under one contract with American and merge seniority with American. Parker, who has already accepted the Nic (and most likely will have Judge Silver's ruling) will tell the east that the Nic is the list to be merged with American and they will suck it up.

OR

Should the merger with American not happen Parker will take the ruling from Judge Silver (who has already told him he knows what he has to do) and tell the east that we're finally done playing games, the Nic is the list. Deal with it. Their only recourse will be to never sign a contract but I believe that if they are told to deal with it they will. They would have five years ago If Parker had done it then.

Easy. USAPA goes before the pilot group and says "There is only one Sen. List and it's the NIC. You can vote every contract down you want, but the Sen. List will not change". The TA passes 70-30 and the Nic is implemented.

Exactly.

😉

Oops!...I almost forgot to add the obvious idea of printing up some T-shirts...but that would likely detract from the study's inherent dignity., and it's no sure bet that even the asylum inmates would wear them anyway. Even they would likely be sufficiently grounded in some tiny aspect of reality to understand that wearing T-shirts proclaiming "Butterfiies Matter" wouldn't result in their instantly (or ever) growing wings and taking flight 😉

Again with the T-shirts! Is it me or has anyone else noticed this fool's childish obsession with T-shirts (and emoticons)? .......and rambling on about absolutely nothing

"childish obsession with T-shirts"? Be fair here. You guys printed them up "Integrity Matters", and even went so far as to put them front and center at a meeting with top company management...going so far as to have one of your mighty (but clearly flustered) "spartans" pass one to the company's president. It's entirely unreasonable to assume others wouldn't be amused by them. I mean seriously....a group of supposed adults proclaimg their fantasized, universal "Integrity" via T-shirts? Most (marginally mature, or even slightly sane for that matter) people couldn't have even made such infantile BS up as an intentional joke. If you don't much care for derisive laughter...don't make such jokes of yourselves.

Just making an observation. In that scenario, what stops the arbitrators to review the Nicolau seniority list from his point of reference (using the PID snap shot of the companies at the time of the merger announcement in May 2005)??

Since the "three list group" is asking for a do-over, the rules are up to the arbitration panel.

Again, how do you suppose that's going to work out for you?

Delay and upgrades @ $125 an hour is all you have bought. Compared to how much money & time off we all would have gotten (not to mention that NO ONE would have been furloughed in 2008 because of the vacation & scheduling changes).

Who won? Lawyers & the company. You have helped LCC secure the lowest "major airline" pilot wages in the industry.

If I recall correctly, the Angry First Officers of the East fired the first salvo with the "Seniority Matters" stickers/lanyards.

And the "Safety Matters-I'm on Board" lanyards led to an injuntion slapped on USAPA.

Now that is a joke on yourself.
