The Nic is the list, therefore I would refuse to do anything that would give you even the slightest chance of the do-over you so desperately want.

Hypothetically..if I were the West's representative in a 3 way arbitration I would argue a very simple fact.

I would say, hey Mr./Mrs arbitrator, this is the Nic list. The fact that I am standing here today is evidence that usapa has failed in their DFR towards me and my West compadres, and I would ask that you rectify that problem by advancing West pilots in relation to east pilots on any combined list to make up for the jobs and pay usapa stole from West pilots at LCC during their 5 years of discriminatory practices.

The east had their "seniority matters" lanyards..in the oh so fashionable cowardly yellow, well prior to any West bling.

"...well prior to any West bling"? =.BS. If you're employing the playground tested excuse of "Waaah!...They started it first!" to somehow justify the absurd fantasizing that not only did/does your group magically manifest universal "Integrity" of a sort far surpassing that of any/all lesser mortals....while you're certainly agreeing that seniority does indeed matter...well ...methinks my point is already made. 😉

Again with the T-shirts! Is it me or has anyone else noticed this fool's childish obsession with T-shirts (and emoticons)? .......and rambling on about absolutely nothing

It seems to me, that about 99% of his posts begin with some belittling attempt at issue diversion,T -shirts for example. (If you're really bored, an interesting read is to google "belittling and personality disorders".) That is typically followed up by a few insults couched in relatively arcane, condescending verbiage with little or no actual content. I usually don't bother to respond unless I am bored, buzzed or a little of both.
I try to consider his position. What would I do if I found myself toward the end of a career that didn't quite turn out as planned, in a union out of my control, who's position certainly cannot be defined as moral "high ground", and the realization that it cost me well into six figures for that little privilege.
Ouch!!! I might lash out a little or try to defend the indefensible myself.
 
I'm hardly surprised at your apparent embarrassment, which is refreshing (and extremely surprising) to ever see from any of your group, especially since west antics have certainly provided severe embarrassment to many.

"if they ever existed.." ? You clearly weren't an avid viewer of crew niews videos then, or you couldn't possibly have missed that particularly pathetic little circus.

For someone as proficient as you are at verbal vomit with lots of big words your reading comprehension skills are lacking. What in my post indicated in any way that I am embarrased by anything to do with my group.?

New Westoff Avoidance Program. (NWAP) SEA-PHL I am hearing the eastern division has a new path of avoidance to the chronic Westoff jumpseat denials which apparently run very high. ALASKA. You can now avoid the continued Westoff problems. Enjoy the company of a non Franke reared group of professionals.

If that is the case, at least LCC will be all right financially, as two thirds of its pilot group is willing to work for commuter wages. We can compete with anybody.

Well those 2 thirds will be getting raises thru attrition and buying new seats at the NASCAR venues, man I luv those trackside seats! MUTATIS!
 
Living in the SE, we have driving distance to over 10 races a year, man trckside is awesome! MUTATIS!
 
Prior to that, there were DOH bumper stickers on flight bags.
I remember when we west guys got our releases down in ops at out stations. I was in Dallas and went down to get mine, then went to the computer to look at the weather and there was a flight bag with one of those stickers right by my foot when I sat down. I doubt that was anyone's real flight bag, I bet it was an old empty one put there for a reason. Despite what they later filed in the RICO suit. I didn't even touch it, much less....well you know...
