How about lack of a joint contract. That has worked for the last 6+ years and it will work again. We would have had pay parity at the POR under the MOU. Now we have to wait on APA and we are probably uninvited from all future negotiations. Once again, we did not follow the wisdom of our advisors and once again we will pay a price. Parker has had it with this bunch. There is no reason not to have pay parity with APA on day 1, or sharing in the other provisions of the Term Sheet. I would like to hear the excuse for denying it.
Unless you want to cough up the fines the judge will levy against this pilot group, you might as well forget that.Otherwise, labor uncertainty, which ostensibly management wishes to avoid, will be unavoidable.
LOA93 in all it's glory. I am glad you are so happy with it.Other provisions of our contract remain intact for now.
When the APA gets around to it after the POR.Transition Agreement next?
