Know of any unions with an injunction against them that are parked by the NMB?

The reason I ask is pretty simple. Go read the company's DJ again. Seems to me the company is still under threat of a hybrid DFR......but not a release to self-help and the strike uscaba promised.


Silver can go as far as she wants...as long as she simply tells the company, usapa must negotiate for "all LCC pilots". That is exactly what the 9th circus told usapa, and the obvious gaping hole in the Seeham scab plan.


One other thing....you do realize that after Silver affirms the 9th.....if usapa does not forward the NIc as its section 22 seniority list, and seek to gain "all LCC pilots" a contract......DFRII gets filed, and this time, we don't need a contract for the charge to be ripe.

Ever heard of a system bump and flush? Get familiar with that junior.
Sounds like selling off the west will be in the best interest of everyone!
 
As if were relevant to start with. Silver better call Wake and rehash how far a judge can go with this. If she doesn't it is back to the 9th.
Not with the new BPR that will yield to the will of the majority of the US pilots and abandon the legal pursuit. Too bad, your favorite show will be cancelled.

Well it certainly might be in the best interest of a clueless reneging scab, who to this day has no idea of what happened in 2005 other than he won the lottery days before his employment ceased, but it would hardly be in the "best interest of everyone".

For example, it would be terrible for the successor corporation, and its 80,000 employees.


Oh, wait a minute...you still believe that k-rap Seeham laid down about changing your name and being able to violate contracts etc....

Now I understand,,,,,,,,,,

Maybe you and MM can get together for a little emotional support when the wool is pulled from your eyes.

So, how many times do you wish to be represented there FA? I guess you want it til it goes your way? See, you were represented by ALPA and they got you a fine seniority award that gave you more than you deserved. Since you felt differently, you voted in usapa and stripped the West of representation. Now usapa is stuck in the rut of being unable to represent the West no matter how it tries.

or, at least they will never represent me....and I am a party to the Nic and the TA. Ratify whatever you think you can, but if it ain't the Nic as the seniority list.....you get nada....

It's nothing more or less than clinical interest at this point. One characteristic of the personality structure you've established here requires a continuous assumption of personal and emotionally focused attention from others. Your history of repetitive and identical postings is also typical in that regard. Here I am again!/Look at me!/etc. Any other motivations for posting at all in a chat thread entirely unrelated to your own life are interesting to speculate on...but why waste the time? No matter...this ain't Dr. Phil....it's just a thread. Your problems are your own, but I do honestly suggest at least considering some help for them.

C'mon Abe, you know USAPA would never trust anyone with a vote. They're nothing but a ventilated condom that tries to make up for in comfort what it lacks in protection.

And it's the folks like you and Phoenix that keep demanding to be treated like children and kept away from a ballot. Far, far away!

I've no better magical abilities as a fortune teller than anyone else...but I don't imagine the west being completely tossed to the side of this possible merger. I can think of very few scenarios where that would make sense...of course...the very concept of making any sense has admittedly no place in the airline industry 😉

I've a minor point of curiosity here. As you now appear intent on interpreting for the appeals court to presumably serve your position ("That is exactly what the 9th circus told usapa..")...umm....why refer to them as "...the 9th circus.."?

In one of the west's academy award winning video productions, made prior to the ruling...well...they were, and I quote: "A MASSIVE display of legal authority!". Since the court's rulings now clearly fit in with your notions...well...just curious as to when/how they devolved into a "circus"...? 😉
