It's nothing more or less than clinical interest at this point. One characteristic of the personality structure you've established here requires a continuous assumption of personal and emotionally focused attention from others. Your history of repetitive and identical postings is also typical in that regard. Here I am again!/Look at me!/etc. Any other motivations for posting at all in a chat thread entirely unrelated to your own life are interesting to speculate on...but why waste the time? No matter...this ain't Dr. Phil....it's just a thread. Your problems are your own, but I do honestly suggest at least considering some help for them.

More faux baloney from you. Repetitive, to prove a point....what part of Binding Arbitration do you not get? The Binding part or the Arbitration part? I keep repeating it because it is relevant, and it is the elephant in the kitchen that the entitlement east keeps trying to tip-toe around. I like labor relations, I see it from a different place than you do, I find this case fascinating, mostly because of the pure obstinance of the USAPA folks. Don't like your binding arbitration? Form a new union! Really? How utterly craven of you all. AWA saved you all from a life at the bottom at crummy carriers or worse, but, you keep biting the hand that feeds you, I honestly don't think you diehards back east can understand it, you are so deluded with greed, willing to stab anyone in the back and avoid any agreement or responsibility for the almighty buck.

Psychoanalyze me all you want, that is your sideshow, it just serves as a mechanism for you to continue to avoid the actual subject at hand. Like I said, you guys and your arrogance is fascinating.

"How utterly craven of you all..."..."AWA saved you all..... but, you keep biting the hand that feeds you,........you are so deluded with greed, willing to stab anyone in the back and avoid any agreement or responsibility for the almighty buck."

"AWA saved you all..." From Hellfire it's self, it would seem....HP:"but, you keep biting the hand that feeds you.." Wow!

This is an angry shout (with complete certainty of course) to well over 2,000+ individuals that you've never even met? Whew! I'll reasonably stick with the strong suggestion for some therapy here.

"Psychoanalyze me all you want.." No thanks. That would require a more in depth knowledge of your personal issues and basis for whatever anger than would be possible here...and again...this is just a thread, not Dr. Phil. Good luck with your issues!

I've a minor point of curiosity here. As you now appear intent on interpreting for the appeals court to presumably serve your position ("That is exactly what the 9th circus told usapa..")...umm....why refer to them as "...the 9th circus.."?

In one of the west's academy award winning video productions, made prior to the ruling...well...they were, and I quote: "A MASSIVE display of legal authority!". Since the court's rulings now clearly fit in with your notions...well...just curious as to when/how they devolved into a "circus"...? 😉

Well lets see...you have the most overturned bunch in the federal court system consistently coming up with bad rulings, and Addington was the one which I am personally familiar.

These two judges dismissed a jury verdict for reasons that had little to do with WHY usapa was found guilty. All because of their political affiliation's deference towards unions, and nothing to do with the facts at hand.

Thankfully, they new they were walking a thin line and spouted all the BS about a union's DFR.

Another thing, I recall but could be wrong, that during Addington, Seeham filed motions with the 9th over the ripeness issue when Wake set up the time frame of trial. We had to wait like three months for the 9th to answere and deny Seeham's motion, stating the case was ripe and the trial could proceed. So, then AFTER the guilty verdict, the 9ths decides ooopss sorry...we meant only ripe if the union wins the trial??? WTF is that? That is a CIRCUS of idiots with too much control and in need of some serious checks and balances. Unfortunately the SCOTUS is already too overburdened to right every wrong coming from these clowns, and choose to let Addington slip by the wayside because this is likely the last time ever that a bunch of scabs will gain control of a union, and in the end.....The Nic will end up remaining the system seniority list for all LCC pilots.

If AWA didn't come in, US was dead in days.

Oh, and I am sure you know each and every AWA pilot and what is in his heart.

Hypocrisy....you are soaking in it. Go threaten someone, it is more your speed.

I have never met any of the inmates at the federal government's super-max security prison....but I can say with pretty accurate reliability that they are not good people.

HPretiree is just saying what is obvious with a similar reliability.

Like I said before...what is wrong with calling a spade a spade?

Understood nic. I'll admit that was just pretty much a "cute" jab on my part. I'm among the last people on earth who would ever wave any pom poms for courts/litigation/etc myself. You've seemed to have a particular fondness for them in the past though, and so many have posted on the supposed glories of the "Rule of Law"...at least up the 9th's rulings...so you'll perhaps understand the basis for said jab.

Universal assumptions of that magnitude are always unwise to ever make:

Frankly I have lost all respect for our judicial system. I used to go to jury duty (about once every 18 months in Maricopa county) and do my civic duty with a sense of participating in a justice system. Well, not any more. Now that I know how screwed up this system is...it is time to legislate from the jury box.

Indeed...I've far less experience than anything approaching every year and a half or so, but the few times in the box were very educational indeed..and not always in any good way, to say the least.

Super-Max is where they take all the inmates who have committed crimes once in prison and are unpredictable.

Super-Max!?? Now waitta' minute here!...Sheesh!...This is mostly still America!...and you can't do that to me without a trial! (Oh wait..perhaps with Homeland Security/etc...I don't wanna' even think about it) anyway; I've got an alibi!..and I'll hire as many witnesses as needed! 😉

Have a good evening nic. We can always take up slinging west-east/east-west BS again tomorrow 😉

I'm sure most of the pilots are great men and women...but, when you become a union, you become a collective. The collective action of the union is that of trustworthiness and reneging on agreements. The union broke an agreement.

You forgot to add that "in your very humble opinion" that is your view point. For many in the East, they stood up for what is right, did the right thing, and we stand behind that belief.

Binding yes, provided a CBA is reached with US AIrways. You keep leaving out that little part. Agreed upon checks and balances were included prior to the arbitration.

Brilliant strategy....never get a CBA. Ever. It won't be long before a McDonalds manager makes more than your highest paid captain. You guys have already been thrown out the drivers seat. You're too irresponsible and emotional. You're along for the ride now.
