Who filed the delcaritory judgement case (your venacular)? I was not aware of a declaritory judgement case filed by army of lyingitas.

Once again you show your ignorance. You and the rest of the easties are unaware of a lot. Especially things involving anything legal.

Don ADDINGTON; John BOSTIC; Mark BURMAN; Afshin IRANPOUR; Roger VELEZ; Steve WARGOCKI; Michael J. SOHA; Rodney Albert BRACKIN; and George MALIGA, on behalf of themselves and all similarly situated former America West pilots,
Plaintiffs,
vs.
US AIRLINE PILOTS ASS’N, an unincorporated association; and US AIRWAYS, INC., a Delaware corporation,
Defendants.

CASE NO.
COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT ON DUTY OF FAIR REPRESENTATION AND ORDER ENJOINING PILOT INTEGRATION THAT DOES NOT USE THE NICOLAU AWARD SENIORITY LIST

Try reading a legal filing. Document 1

When was that filed? What case number sir? Oh, that one. Another frivolous from harper and jjjj jacobs in mmmm arch. Losers!

III. Claim Three: Attorneys’ Fees
113. Plaintiffs re-allege each and every allegation set forth above as
if fully set forth herein.
114. USAPA has several million dollars in reserve collected as dues
and agency fees from all US Airways Pilots.
115. Plaintiffs brought this action and the 2008 action and appeared
as defendants in the 2010 action to vindicate the right of all US Airways
pilots to fair representation by USAPA.
116. By obtaining the rulings in the 2008 and 2010 actions and by
prevailing in this action, Plaintiffs conferred a substantial benefit on all
US Airways Pilots.
117. Under common benefit doctrine, the expenses of achieving
those benefits should, in all fairness, be spread among all those who so
benefitted.
118. The expenses of achieving those benefits would be fairly spread
among all US Airways Pilots if paid by USAPA.
Case 2:13-cv-00471-PGR Document 1 Filed 03/06/13 Page 14 of 16

119. The Court should, therefore, make an award in favor of
Plaintiffs and against USAPA for all reasonable litigation expenses,
including attorneys’ fees incurred bringing this action, incurred by
Plaintiffs in the actions noted above.

Hang on Boo, it's going to be just fine!!
No, it will not be just fine for your flock. You mislead them. Your stagnant group of pilots in the west lost advancement oppurtunities because of your greed.

The west pilots will be stagnant and PHX based at least four more years due to your mismanagement. Keep blaming everyone else but youself. I am sure you saw many ostriches in Australia bury their head in the sand, Phoenix sand will do for you.

Curious behavior. A repeatedly continued "need" to note ignoring posts...while yet clearly exhibiting some evidenced "need" to reply at all? Umm....care to talk about your interesting issues there?

sounds like a true case of schizophrenia to me.

Not-so-much. Fully developed schizophrenia provides a whole other situation than the behavior exhibited there. That troubled fellow's just, imo, torn between being a wholesale "christian", that yet, somehow allows merely a human arbitrator to play "God" in determing moral propriety, and an individual that would actually and wholly embrace such notions as "Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's goods"/etc. No small amount of cross-threaded, covering layers in play there, but hardly schizoid. Umm...err...well...the fascinating videos speak directly to some notable, developmental issues, but again; not anything nearly so severe as schizophrenia.

Well, you're the expert here. He does sound exactly like an old high school and long time friend throughout the years, who started showing these kind of symptoms, telling us all how wrong we were about even the smallest of issues. After about 40 yrs of friendship, none of us have anything to do with him these days. Pitiful.

"Well, you're the expert here." By no means sir. I'm just taking my best guesses, based on what's been shown and seen, without even the benefit of extensive personal interviews...an' I ain't even got a full PhD after my name in the field, much less any lifetime's worth of clinical practice.

"After about 40 yrs of friendship, none of us have anything to do with him these days." That's a sad situation indeed, but there are just some people who, for whatever their own reasons/limitations, put forth behavior that refuses honest friendship and..well...etc...There's often just nothing anyone can do for that. It sucks to ever lose friends, by whatever means, along life's path. On a lighter note regarding unsustainable behaviors: There are even supposedly "adult" people who fantasize themselves to be "spartans" and "knights" who've "fought with valor in many battles"...and I've never been able to think of so much as even one thing such sorts could possibly be useful for. 🙂 We all have our personal, perceptive limitations. 😉 Be thankful we didn't count such sorts as those amongst our lifetime friends.

PS: Extracting ourselves here from any west-east/east-west, nyaah, nyaahs: The behavior you note in your friend might well spring from many non-obvious issues. If you've current contact with him; I'd offer the idea that suggesting a full physical/blood work-up/etc would certainly be in order, since a whole lotta' "stuff" can generate just from imbalanced biochemistry, which might've "snuck up" on him over time...Followed by perhaps a visit to any appropriate "shrink". Life's just far too precious, and indeed far too short to ever willfully have it be a miserable experience. 🙂
