If you are this half-baked in the midst of this latest round of litigation, I can't even fathom how you will react should your evil plan not be as envisioned.

In less than 90 days the Amwerica West pilot group will be about 9% of the total New American pilot group.

Try and grasp this.

That however does no change a single bit our rights to be represented fairly.

And the east will only be about 20%. You had better hope the APA does not treat you li,e usapa treated the west.

I agree. The west should be able to keep their base upgrades and attrition. Wait a minute, I think USAPA has already proposed that!

But that is not what usapa proposed. You easties want the west locked in PHX. Unless something good happens than you want half of that too.

Now that we will be American how do those worthless C&R protect a west pilots that wants to go to DFW or MIA?

Monday and o dell had the same SENIORITY. Bottom of the seniority list. If both of them want to go to MIA using the Nicolau they would be equal. Using the eastie useless C&R Monday would be about 700 number senior to ODell in MIA today.

Neither had an expectation of flying in MIA without the merger.

Besides ask a TWA pilot how the C&R worked out for him in STL.

Arbitrators create seniority lists not C&R lists.

How about what a neutral arbitrator decided?

Unfortunately that proposal required a negotiated and ratified JCBA as agreed to by the west. You did not bring a job. You were fortunate enough to have had a job, but were not the owner of the position. We are all pawns in game of life!

That's your reasoning for trying to disadvantage the west pilot group? No wonder you guys are so terrified about arbitration.

You do realize the American pilot group is a lot bigger than the east US group, don't you? Try and grasp it. Oh, the irony.

They you go again, you want to put your #1 ahead of 1983. He didn't bring or have a job with awa prior to 1983. If you want to use that argument at the bottom of the list use it at the top also.
