Yes that is it, where it specifically says the MOU is a JCBA.
Oh, and paragraph 10 is where it talks about the seniority
integration process between the AMR and LCC pilots, and in paragraph 10, b, it again calls the MOU a JCBA.
Now that poorly worded paragraph 10 (h) says US Aiways agrees...then again calls the MOU a JCBA for all of us US Airways will be gone at POR plus what 165 days?
So, what that all means is the only accepted system seniority list at LCC i.e. The Nic, will be used in the MB process to integrate the LCC pilots with the AMR pilots.
Get it yet, that final part or maybe the binding part?
