No worries then. All you need do now is call "Everybody" to the witness stand. 😉 Should "Everybody" not be available; you can always just rely on your long-established, witness-for-the-west, and call "the rest of the world" to testify instead, since that's proven so successful for you in the past. 🙂
All parties aka "everybody" has submitted to the court, on record, that the MOU is a JCBA. So not to worry. "Everybody" has already testified.

They did. They flat out told you it was going to be a JCBA for us air and an MOU for APA. Read the full title of the document that was overwhelmingly RATIFIED by USAPA. Judge lane approved the MOU a few days ago. It's etched in stone and will not change one iota becoming effective at POR.

I believe it is MOU, page 1, Paragraph 1, b.

Yes that is it, where it specifically says the MOU is a JCBA.

Oh, and paragraph 10 is where it talks about the seniority
integration process between the AMR and LCC pilots, and in paragraph 10, b, it again calls the MOU a JCBA.

Now that poorly worded paragraph 10 (h) says US Aiways agrees...then again calls the MOU a JCBA for all of us US Airways will be gone at POR plus what 165 days?


So, what that all means is the only accepted system seniority list at LCC i.e. The Nic, will be used in the MB process to integrate the LCC pilots with the AMR pilots.

Get it yet, that final part or maybe the binding part?

personally I'd be embarrassed to walk on the property if I had stolen 15 years of my co workers seniority.

Which property would that be you are walking on?

I would be embarrassed to be a scab union supporter that has cost us all untold sums of money in a seniority theft scandal while also stealing jobs from my co-workers.

This ain't he USAirways you were furloughed from junior, and at this property, the Nic covers seniority!
