How about doh, no restrictions. Treat everyone the same. Get what you have put into it.

I would have a big problem giving the east their 2005 DOH and effectively stapling them to the AWA list, particularly after a final and binding arbitration occurred.

The APA however, will have no problem giving you your 2013 DOH and stapling us all in Nic order to their list.

Your group has played with seniority for years. For your own entitled views. The method will be the way the rest of your co workers did it. Ask them sometime. All of the other employees.
This will be the method.

They you go again, you want to put your #1 ahead of 1983. He didn't bring or have a job with awa prior to 1983. If you want to use that argument at the bottom of the list use it at the top also.

Yes, the western div wants to manipulate the list to cover their interests. Now they want to be placed with east 1978 hires. Ask the west what job they brought in 1978. Cleardirect will be sure to have an interesting yet entitled view. Nic4Us will surely bring a frothy GenX spiel.
Tell them to ask their co workers how they merged seniority lists with no problems. Ask them why west pilots deserve different treatment.

We will indeed merge seniority the same way our co- workers did it....we can use the method the FAs used...I.e. Via the established union policy...oh, wait we did that by using ALPA merger policy.......maybe we can do it the way the dispatchers did it and go to final and binding arbitration...????


I got an idea.....this is the third time in 5 years I have brought this up, the last time was about a year and a half ago, when I said it might actually make usapa the surviving union in a LCC/AMR merger (how is that for a perdition?).

Usapa comes up with a national seniority list based on FAA factual data of when each pilot obtained their commercial pilots liscense or military equivalent.

I think this idea will once again be ignored because the scabs over at the fake union are not about unionism, they are about stealing the West jobs in the AWHC purchase of USAG. The thought of having guys like captains Addington, and Gay, or FOs Simmons etc. Moved into a position based on their career work in the industry scares the crap out of the east scabs.

Want to post their positions and DOBs again for us there Claxhole?

It would be easier to provide a link to Lyingitas LLC for any and all information concerning dates,positions. Would you like it again? Cactuspilot and Eye on USAPA or AWAPPA also provide the data you are interested in. State your preference.
You and Eric Stratton seem to have issues with the public viewing data you post on public sites.

I like the countdown clock on Cactuspilot. Has it really been since 2005 the "merger" was announced? How come I haven't flown with any West guys yet then? And was it really that long ago the Nic came out? May 3 2007! That was only 6 years ago. A kid could have started college, graduated and easily then gotten a masters by that time period.
 
I find myself in agreement with your conservative views at the cooler. I like the Chris Christie and O'Reilty approach, be direct and decisive. Parker, Prater and the 9th are cut from the same cloth.

I'd missed this earlier. Not to hijack any thread for more than the briefest of moments here: I'm about the farthest possible person from supporting either of the self-serving, political mega-machines, currently pushing their BS, power-crazed agendas on an essentially clueless (and ever-increasingly spineless) population. I'm much more aligned with the notions of Thomas Jefferson, believing, as did he, that the least government was indeed the best government. Individual Freedom and Liberty is what this previously Great Nation was supposedly all about, and are the farthest things from the "minds" of most all disgusting little "politicians" of these times. I'll leave it with a few, very apt observations from the late George Carlin:

Indeed. I'm still wondering what the weight and dimensions of a job are? I mean: Since we're apparently all heroically "bringing" one to American...Will it fit in the trunk?....Perhaps some saddlebags?...Or will we each need to rent a moving truck to carry it? 🙂

Great idea! As memory serves; they did so by DOH, and had no problems. The entire rest of your twisted post's nothing more than feeble attempts at justifying blatant opportunism.

No worries then. All you need do now is call "Everybody" to the witness stand. 😉 Should "Everybody" not be available; you can always just rely on your long-established, witness-for-the-west, and call "the rest of the world" to testify instead, since that's proven so successful for you in the past. 🙂
