I still want Newt, but Hillary will probably win.

Newt would be a much better choice but not against Hillary. Besides. I can't see his wife as the First Lady.

In talking with some of the reserve guys and what kind of trips they are being called out on. It kinda looks like scheduling is burning reserves left and right for every little 30 min to 1 hour delay to try to keep the on time rating up, then when the big weather really sets in there is nobody left.

Spoke with several over the last couple weeks that stated they were called out to fly a single turn out of a pairing that was only running a little late then the original crew picked it back up after that. Bam another Capt. F/O and 3 to 4 reserve F/A's useless for the rest of the day when the afternoon storms show up.

Yep, run into that a lot. Another thing that I don't think the company thinks about when they build trips is the effect of all-nighters on reserve staffing. Most days the EWR, ATL, DTW, and JFK ODAN go to reserve captains in CLT and that burns two days of reserve for about 4 hours of block time.
 
No the quickest and easiest way is "Dismissed with prejudice".
Next case.
If the case is dismissed that still does not solve or fix the issue.

M/B can't be used to integrate east west. That is the law. usapa gets rid of the Nicolau and the court dismisses the case. What method is used or how does the east west list get put together? Can't negotiate because there is no one to negotiate with. Can't use M/B. usapa Will not go to baseball style arbitration. usapa can't just impose their will disadvantaging the west.

So explain how the east west gets fixed and how is that easier that using what has already been decided?

You'll see on the other thread, they started today day short-handed. Now scheduling is red-flagging trips. There are parts of the day, especially after 6 pm PHX time with no reserves left.

Reserves are getting extended. I saw a case where a one day reserve had his training removed to fly a 4-day trip. Reserves are being flown into their DO's.

It's turning out to be a long-hot summer.

I accepted back around 2005 that we wouldn't be integrated by DOH, so you shouldn't make assumptions.

True. You made your decisions: You walked away from the JCBA after the Nicolau List was rendered. You did a card drive and sucessfully voted in an independent union (the primary purpose to evade said arbitrated list). You decided to unsucessfully sue (TWICE) 24+ members of your new union of the "5000 pilots" that USAPA states it represents. You falsly accused 3 other members of identity theft - also a proven loss. You have tried time and again to force your DOH scheme on the smaller of the pilot groups, whilst making those very pilots help pay for your litigation.

We will see how this turns out. I would say that your biggest problem is that you fail to learn from your past mistakes, IMHO.

It happens all the time. Especially when there are conflicts between applicable laws and regulations in a given case.
Well then, if the court orders USAPA to use two lists for the M/B integration, I suppose that's what would have to happen.
