But at times you guys have argued that only USAPA has the right/responsibility to represent you. You want it both ways.

USAPA does thing much differently than I would. I've had major disagreements with them. Should I get separate representation? How about 924PS? Traderjake? Other east pilots that voted for ALPA and have been ostracized?

Representation by extortion. A union bent on destruction of a third of the pilot group. We voted in the contract called the MOU to rid ourselves of the problem of USAPA and DOH.

A union which is out the door has no responsibility other than packing their bags and getting off our property.
 
A member of the APA Scope Committee told me so on the jumpseat.

I can hold bottom 320 Reserve Captain, DOH would make me a 737 Captain blockholder in the top 10% and a 767 Captain blockholder in Miami.

Do you think the Amercan pilots will accept that?

Well, if APA wants to slot by equipment and status how do you when 100 % of the West F/O's ( even the furloughed ones ) can hold widebody positions on the East but are flying
exactly zero with a no bump no flush requirement?

Actually they do. They have the legal rights and responsibilities to represent us until replaced. I know you don't like it, but hey, there are lots of things in life I don't like that I have to live with.

There is a reason it's called Collective Bargaining AGENT. The represent you and me to the company. Like it or not.

Besides, Judge Silver is going to force us to go to MB with the Nicolau award where it will be decided by an arbitration panel, right? You have your former AWA merger committee rep on the USAPA merger committee. What else do you want, a limo to take you to the hearings?

Your question doesn't make sense.

Slotting is done by the number of positions, not by the individuals that occupy those positions.

Nicolau put the top 517 at the top of the list even though many were not on the widebodies.

They don't care about the internal order of our list.

They do want slotting by equipment and status.
 
NMB is ,has ,and will be your day in court. As a Airline Worker for 35+ yrs. AMR Group Pilots will be back with ALPA and use H/D for ALL ! One thing i bet WE all can agree. LCC RIP !

Vacancies on current bid, 20 Capt. 5 F/O after subtracting the removals from the various fleet types (737 etc.) 737, 330 and 76 reduction in staffing, 320 increase in staffing. Bid lists reduction in staffing due to 22 retirements. Just a quick glance at it. No guarantee this does not contain errors
 
Perhaps you are are a dumb ass for making assumptions. Had you paid attention to what people really post on here instead of making assumption maybe you wouldn't ask stupid questions,

I told my reps leaving JNC talks was a bad idea.
I sent USAPA some money to explore our options, but in the end didn't think their plan would work and voted for ALPA.
Unlike a bunch of west pxxxxxx I joined our legally elected union to have a vote and voice.
I spent a large amount of time on the C18 case, trying to find out what was really happening, wrote to every single BPR member asking them to drop it and deal with west guys until I realized I was being used and they didn't wanted it dropped, they wanted martyrs.
I supported benefits for west furloughed pilots.
I've tried and tried to figure out a solution to our mess but have come to realize that our pilot group is just like our country-totally polarized and screwed up. If you don't toe the line for a certain group you are a traitor and no one really wants a solution, they want their way.

And I have grown to despise a few west pilots like you. People that take advantage of guys that try to do what is right.

What have you done Craig except be a guerrilla fighter, wasting your fellow pilots time and money along the way? A false BPR member, dedicated to getting something you didn't earn.

Well then, thanks (I guess) for not being a total lemming / tool. We'll see what Judge Silver has in store for the parties.

The court said the west has a claim.
The court said our claim is ripe.
The court said it is not a minor dispute.
The court scheduled a trial so the court does have jurisdiction.
The court addressed res judicada.

6 of the 10 defenses were addressed by the court. Why would usapa make a fool of themselves continuing down a failed path? Stupid or incompetent legal advice?
Not even remotely involved with USAPA, just throwing out ideas for discussion here.

Boy that heartfelt apology brought a tear to my eye. Made all that grief I went through with the C18 worth it. Thanks for not being a TOTAL tool. Ditto to the rest, even the RIP. If it was the Mike I used to talk to he was an OK guy.

Btw; "entitlement attitude" is best demonstrated here by any/all that'd even possibly imagine their own worked years to be magically (perhaps via "Larry Potta"?) "worth" many times that of other people. That, coupled with fantasizing yourselves to be "spartans", "knights who've fought with valor", "dire wolves", paradigms of "integrity" and even "Larry Potta" only makes you specially entitled to chuckles...and no small measure of clinical fascination. 😉
