Another laptop? With all the data you mined with the internal data gathering you were involved in, surprised the NSA wasn't coming around to Leonidas HQ to access some.

I imagine there will be good deals to be had. They shouldn't need much space after the APA takes over as CBA. Just a small office for the S/T and maybe a couple of officers to run the legal stuff.

How much office space did the AAA MEC have after usapa took over? How much legal work did ALPA do for AAA after usapa took over?

As the legal bargaining agent will collect the dues. As the former bargaining agent usapa is entitled to keep no money since they no longer represent anyone. the "legal stuff" will be handled by the new bargaining agent from the DFW office.

Any excess money must be returned to the members.

Well, you've never been wrong before.

Did you get money back from your MEC? I don't remember any refunds.

Did the entire national union (ALPA) go away or just a couple locals? BTW did the AAA MEC owe national any money when usapa took over? That might be why you did not get any money back.

When national usapa is buried what is left except a bad memory and poor legacy? Who exactly does a dead union represent?

Both the AAA and AWA MECs were in debt to ALPA so ALPA took the $600,000 the company PAID when they accepted the Nic....further confirmation of a concluded section of the TA and seniority is a done deal at LCC.

The West pilots did get money back, because we had contributed to our own merger fund, separate from the ALPA national funds contributed to the seniority integration, and that money was refunded the West pilots so that it would not end up at uscaba.

Trying to stockpile money to continue the seniority fight post scab union certification will be a Really Interesting Concept Only a criminal scab union would contemplate. But hey, aren't theses the same dual unionist who got themselves put in trusteeship by ALPA national when the executive council voted found them guilty of questionable behavior?

Loved what Lee Moak said about AAA just prior to his casting a vote to end the PHL council!

You may be right, I don't know, but there is this track record of yours, and your friends.......

BTW, I'm sure you are looking at it through the Nic lens of you are going to win. I mean, after all that outcome is not in doubt. But, let's just say the .00099% chance happens and you lose. You will appeal I'm sure. Now, will the APA assume that liability? USAPA didn't assume the MDA liability. Wouldn't you like USAPA around?

Like I said, I don't know. I don't know what Judge Silver will rule, I don't know what USAPA will do after single carrier status. I'm just pointing out that too many people make too many assumptions on here. Often it's not the thing you were worried about that bites you.

You are too stupid to realize that Moak action got USAPA exactly the votes that were needed. You have absolutely no clue just how stupid a move that was. Put anyone on the fence right over.
That move cost you the Nic. And Moak helped ALPA lose another carrier. What an idiot.

Be sure to bring up that point during the MB arbitration. 😀

Will do Bubba, in the mean time here's another one fer ya

Compare and contrast the TWA fence ( step 5 ) to the Nic award and Addington 1 please and be specific. Not that you are long on these matters.

See, half way to them ther 12 stepper.

I agree with you, the east pilots (BK) should have been slotted in just like the TWA (BK) pilots were at AA. You guys got super seniority with Nicolau...
