I found this answer (USAPA's answer) to the complaint to be particularly humorous.
"89. Denies the allegations contained in ¶89 of the Complaint, except admits
that Plaintiffs contend their standing to enjoy and protect the seniority rights established
by the Nicolau Award arises from their status as West Pilots and is therefore the same as
any other West Pilot."
You might have to read it twice to catch the polite sneer at the Plaintiff's attorney. USAPA admits the plaintiff has proposed the judge can consider the West pilots to have a brash presumption or their attorney is incompetent... Standing merely because they are West pilots, and possessing all the legal standing benefits accorded to such by such means, equally to all West pilots, of course.
