Nope. Not even close. And the first step will have west pilots in our Airbuses in September.

Well that's a safe bet as there are west pilots in your Airbuses now.

Everybody has pretty much figured out that the equipment barriers will go away at the effective date. When you have west guys bidding former east bases and vice versa is the question.

No changes to the lists currently in effect. You are quite right.

You have apparently not been thinking enough. Both groups have already agreed to move forward, and the Merger Committee (USAPA's committee, staffed by pilots from differing crew bases) is perfectly and legally capable of compromise. As has recently been the case, you again don't care to read, as in the CBL. Besides a total lack of grasping exactly what the CBL says about seniority, you might also see USAPA will have no problem taking care of any legal "needs" for a long time. To the tune of 6M not including any donations. And if you want someone to figure out how to give the West standing, why not start with a reasoned reply to one of my previous messages asking for debate on just that issue. It is not as simple as you coming on a web board and wishing us all Kum ba ya. I don't know what has brought this recent offensive from you against anything USAPA, but I personally find you lately to be a horse's rear end. I am from Atlanta, and it's not a sign of disrespect. I like it. RR

That's it RR, just double down, be the knuckle dragger your avatar really implies. Don't listen to another opinion. You're landing in LGA, inside the marker, 500 high and 50 fast, but you you got it under control don't you. I pay dues and if I wish to criticize the union, I'll do so whithout your permission, approval, or verbal vomit. Speaking of horses, ....... you and the horse you rode in on from Atlanta. And that IS disrespect.

But you see the west doesn't want to live up to that part of the agreement, even one of their masterminds help write it, their attorneys got to look at it and 97% of them voted for it, No, they think Judge Silver will throw that part out, mandate the use of the Nicolau award that day, and in the AA SLI, USAPA will appeal, but the APA will take over and drop the appeal. That's the plan.

No Pi, not everyone. Some still think our aircraft are protected from west pilots because they operate out of east bases so west guys can't fly them. It won't take long, less than a year easily, before we're bidding all bases.

You have no clue to what's about to happen. USAPA won't see the spring.
Move, that is my wish. USAPA gone by Spring would mean APA and USAPA agreed to merge (USAPA going away.) That can only happen if Silver puts our problems to rest. By the way, due to changes at the NMB in process there is a chance, absent a union merger, that we could still have a representational election on the property. RR

You're complaining about them not living up to their agreement? What about us? That vote was seniority neutral and meant nothing with regard to their Nicolau. That plan is going to happen just as you've stated.

Your us is my they.

I don't know what is so hard about "seniority neutral." The MOU was seniority neutral with regard to the East/West listS. They remain in effect.

Representational election?!? Who told you that? McKee? Even if we did, just who do you think is going to win? Thanks for the laugh Courtney.

"FUKU (Formerly Union Known as USAPA)" And if you want to use the F word in relation to your own union, have at it. Verbal vomit indeed. RR

I have been outed as many others, but you calling me Courtney is a low blow. That really hurts. RR

Said Mr. "PHX is going to be sold off". Bravo to see you've figured it was only the voices in your head telling you that.
Move, you are the entertainment of the day! Work on your reading skills and you will be amazed at what you might someday begin to understand.
