As has been stated here countless times... in mine and other's opinions the MOU is not a JCBA between the pilots at LCC... it is a process for a merger between LCC and American. One huge flaw in all of you'se arguments is it was never ratified according to the TA, which goes away on the date the POR becomes effective.

Really? You lose creds when you wishfully hope your warped logic will invalidate the MOU you all voted for.

Congress merely limited the applicability of the law THEY passed, they did not in any way prohibit anyone from willingly entering into an MOU consistent with the exact same principals as they legislated. If Marty told you that willfully voting for a process consistent with MB was a way to catch USAPA and the company with an illegality, then you guys need to learn the common sense test.

All your integrity talk is humorous... Voting for something you believe is illegal to get the company and USAPA in trouble, doing so to get the Nic without a vote on the Nic (as required by the TA), and expecting huge pay raises too... For your righteous self, of course!

The question is about fairness... It's a DFR case. You don't help your case by arguing emotional and erotic speculations, rather than addressing fairness within (or without) a wide range of reasonableness. 🙂

That's funny, West pilots are discussing a "union" which is going to disappear soon. A scourge on the industry brought to us by......East pilots!!

I have a feeling many West pilots are not going to be satisfied with letting USAPA just fade away.

Again, there is no legitimacy to your "list" that you clowns pulled out of the back your van... NONE. The negotiations for seniority list between east and west are over. You had your chance, a contract is now in place, the last requirement for implementation of the Nicolau will finally be in place at the POR. DOH is dead.
