Ooops, did you slip out of character?
No, not at all. I include myself along with my fellow east pilots.
Ooops, did you slip out of character?
That individual never has slipped out of character here.
"No one on the east has any integrity. Not even you. You allowed this to happen."...? That's merely a predictable variation on the caught-child-doing-something-wrong response protocols. In this case; essentially sticking tounge out, pouting, crying and claiming "I didn't do it!....The dog/cat/brother/sister did it!"...."It's all your fault anyway!..And you can't prove I did it anyway!"/BS.
No, not at all. I include myself along with my fellow east pilots.
Of course not. Like our posters in the training center show us, disasters are usually a string of events. The T/A, the ALPA merger policy, Nicolau, and probably the biggest-the shear hardheadedness of so many people.
You are just a joke.
If I remember correctly, I do believe Nicolau asked our MC to move off of DoH numerous times. And, in previous mergers, the slotting did work. The only string of events here is that we didn't get exactly what we wanted.
Well you know I did cause all of this. I'm tired of carrying the burden and just want to confess. That and global warming, that's on me too. But, I invented the internet, not Gore!
I feel so much better. Thank you phx, I mean dca319.
The West and the Company are demanding, and many here have thoughtfully suggested the end game will be a seat at the table for the West class. Who would sit at the table? If the Court picks some person or group, how do they legally represent all PHX pilots without an election? If the chosen party does not meet the expectations of others in PHX, what is their course of justice? Who do they sue, and how could they sue a group that was not their legally elected bargaining agent?
It wasn't slotting like this. Had it been more reasonable it would have worked here.
Other than some thoughtful comments from East pilot PI Brat, and a confession of illiteracy and an inappropriate invitation from Traderjack, not one West pilot will engage me on my questions. So I will just keep posting them over and over, just like the "NIC is it."
While Move continues his meltdown/identity crisis I want to repeat some of my superhero questions. The Company's outside counsel has really screwed up, and Judge Silver is probably now having the same dilemma: How do you create a new bargaining agent/class out of thin air without an election? Such an election would include all parties even remotely affected, including furloughed, LTD, and Military Leave pilots. And especially pilots who are not currently members of USAPA (about 500 guys out West.) RR
So is your mom. Let's move on now.
Reasonable to the west, an arbitrator, and two pilot neutrals. The only party complaining was the east. I guess "reasonable" is a matter of opinion and that's why we ended up with an arbitration in the first place.
I still feel we should keep mum about the burnt orphanages though. 🙂
You shouldn't let this get to you. It's not that important. Worst case scenario, you have a great career. Enjoy your Saturday.
