Mike don't you have anything better to do than go back through old files on your computer?

Mike Cleary definition of OCD. No wonder you are still out not flying.

He's probably sitting on a pile of dues dollars. Why work?

Unbiased Facts’ Relevant Observation: The A330 Captain rate is approximately $160 per hour. $160 times 90 hours per month times 12 months equals an annual income of $172,800. Mike Cleary’s USAPA annual income of $191,679 is a higher annual income than a line holder US Airways A330 Captain makes, is higher than a A330 Check Airman makes, and is higher than a A330 Senior Check Airman makes. Mike Cleary is apparently the highest paid pilot at US Airways. Not bad for a pilot who cannot hold a line as a Captain on any aircraft except the E-190.
USAPA Campaign Promise: “USAPA would have no more “gravy train” for Officers, Reps., and Committee members.”

Transcripts from the arbitration. Transcripts for the LOA 93 arbitration. Sec filings, Parker's at crew news.

What proof do you have that you us airways was not going to liquidate Mike? Your opinion?

The proof is the very east franchise up and prospering today. And you fly 24% of the flying from your marginal division of same franchise. You would shrink without it. Face it, it was a minor hiccup. Yours never really can stand alone.

Ironic you use unbiased facts. Which is fed false anti union information from willing potential scab Gay. To Munn who constantly fights his fellow east pilots.
Mike Cleary kept the Nicolau off the east. Right to the AA transaction. Effectively killing it. No wonder you despise him.

I more amused by him than anything. How he gets a following is beyond me.

Do you have numbers to counter what the site published?

No, thanks to Doug Parker and AWA.

PS: All of us on the west wish it had happened and you had liquidated. The result would have been almost as good as a cure for cancer.

You can't speak for the entire west employee group. Most of them are smarter than you and know that by merging with US it saved your failed career. Your welcome.

Counter a site published by Munn?

All this reminiscing about woulda, coulda, shoulda, if, might, probably would have... Who really cares? It doesn't seem to be changing anyone's opinion about the dispute. Even Silver said we all have to look to the future.

The T/A didn't allow anything to happen. We followed the T/A right up until the eastholes reneged on the whole process. You cannot deny that.

Go read it again moron. It's why we have been able to do what we have done. Separate ops until a single certificate, SLI and JCBA.

Yet you conveniently forget that we could have gotten a contract just prior to the Nicolau in 2007. Under oath testimony stated another 10%. That means we would be on our second contract by now. Except you easties pick up your ball and cried going home refusing to even show up for JCBA.

No matter haw you try and spin it yo easties re to blame for this mess.

Go back and read Stephan's testimony again. That is not what he said, but even with another 10% the Kirby would have been crap. I know you would have voted for it to cement your windfall, but it was still crap.

Put the shoe on the other foot. If Nic had stapled you, would you have voted for the Kirby, or voted no and kept us separate?

The supposed "there for the taking" contract(s) everyone references in 2007 and even 2008 share one thing in common...Kirby wanted no part of the East Section I.

Imagine where we would be now in this AMR scenario without East COC and Scope to bargain with. Can you say "Air Tran?"

The union did the right thing, and said "no." It’s a word Kirby uses and understands.

Greeter

Isn't it funny how these guys forget what a POS the Kirby proposal was? Even Kirby said he wishes his name hadn't been tied to it!

The Addington plaintiffs testified that they wouldn't have voted for it. Even the stupidest current cubicle clown.

History will not be kind to the west pilots, your fault.

We followed the correct process that was in both sides merger policy. The east voted out a legitimate union and replaced it with one whos sole purpose was/is to get around binding arbitratration, therefore making a mockery of organized labor. No, let's correct that. it wouldn't have been as disgusting if it was just to get rid of the arbitration, the real goal was much uglier, the almost complete stapling of the west pilot group. Let's not forget using safety as a bargaining tool, making a mockery of our profession. You really think history is going to look unfavorably on the group that stood up for it's rights against an oppressive larger (bully) group??? You truly are delusional.

Unbiased Facts? Direct commentary from Steve Gay , a west pilot. Disguised as Munn.

You seem to be hung up on Steve. This is the Steve I know and a great PR guy for the airline. A happy passenger posted this on Youtube.

Amazing Airbus A320 Cockpit Tour for my Kids

On a flight back from Phoenix (PHX) to Columbus (CMH) (my home town), our Captain saw us waiting for our flight, and invited me and my 2 oldest children for a cockpit tour before the flight. I haven't seen any cockpit introduction nearly as cool as this one. Captain Steve did an INCREDIBLE job showing my kids the time of thier lives with the limited time we had. Hats off to him, and US Airways for not only giving the tour like this, but allowing me to video tape it (such as it is). I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

its no problem to get into the cockpit after 9/11 if the airplane is on the ground . since my fist flight i did alone (i was about 7 years old now im 16) im asking the crew if i can take a close look into the cockpit and till now they always let me in .

This Captain is just the coolest. What I would have done and still would do to push those throttles and enter stuff into the CDU!

It's a good thing those folks couldn't see his behavior at the crew news sessions.
