The trial and depositions should go on. Hummels, Ciabattoni and Bradfords' seat offer at MB is not only illegal, it will cost them their positions.
 
The officers of this union are as dirty as they come. Ciabbatoni and his good buddy Koontz have been cutting deals together for a long time. Scumbags!

Soon all east pilots will know why Hummel took a west trip right after being elected. He offered up a seat at MB so Doug could have resolution to his upcoming botched AA merger.
The east pilots will soon have film at five of it live from Judge Silvers court.

I just love election season, it brings out the best in all of us. I will make this simple. There is no way Bradford in particular made this deal. Call him if you doubt me. Why would the guy that went to all the trouble to win USAPA as a new bargaining agent even make an empty promise to give that away? It will be a trip to SCOTUS before USAPA allows any union at the table other than APA. But my words ring hollow, no merger is even happening. Again, this is election season and I see even Hate2fly is back to spew untruths in support of Cleary avatar Courtney Borman. RR

First 1984 wanting to go back to ALPA, and now a loyal guy like you suggesting such a thing (and I too have a good sense of humor!) Its a a madhouse! Not really, its election season in CLT. And the logic is not even there. The PHX reps voting a certain way on the MOU based on a bribe would also be DOL fodder, maybe even (heavens!) RICO!! RR

Well actually HATE, BORMAN or any of those you speak had anything to do or knowledge of my source, your illusive conclusion about good people making poor decisions today sort of tipped your feelings about HUMMEL, in fact your quick decisive response to my post actually more than supports my theory! Sometimes superheroes can't save the day, or HUMMEL!

Well that is for the illogical to figure out, Your correct RICO it may be, EMAILS like I said hell I have paid hundreds of dollars on panther tickets and not had this much entertainment!
