APA wants slotting by equipment with minimum fences (around the W/Bs only).

Good luck getting USAPA to agree to that.

This is going to arbitration.
Oversimplification. Not everyone has to be at loggerheads all the time over every issue, dude.
No matter what public stance APA is taking on this now, compromise will ultimately rule the day.
APA wants to avoid inheriting a dfr lawsuit. That has value.
APA wants to get beyond the SLI and onto the next phase - new contract negotiations. That has value.
APA wants (as we all do) to eliminate uncertainty as to how the new seniority list will look. Arbitration adds uncertainty. There is value in avoiding arbitration.
These are excellent reasons to avoid arbitration, and settle on a combined seniority list during the negotiations phase.
The other reason is that eventually all LCC pilots will be paying dues to APA and contributing ideas, energy, and capital towards (hopefully) common goals. That goodwill has value also.
I would not be surprised if the seniority issues are being worked out now.
Cheers.

army of leonidas current and past attempts to stop USAPA from cleaning up the mess that ALPA caused.

Take responsibility for the mess you created due to your anger issues acquired with US Airways. You had a mess before the arbitration.

Much like these workers, rational thinking went out the door when angry FO's formed USAPA. I think the union pilots of ALPA were glad to see the PITA's of US Airways go away.

Right. 12 million annual dues dollars walking out the door and they were glad to see us go?
If that were true, there would have been no campaigning for ALPA to remain on the property.
Tell us some more stories.

"USAPA alleges.......

USAPA alleges that the denial of jump seats to USAPA members has
resulted in US Airways pilots being unable to commute to the cities in
which their scheduled flights were to originate. [Id. at ¶120].

Usapa ALLEGES....well there you have it....nobody really gives a rats rear what uscaba ALLEGES.

DISMISSED with PREJUDICE.....i.e. Never come back here again with your false
allegations.

Usapa of course could have sued in stat court like they promised, but failed on their promise because their outright lies would have seen to their demise in a court that allows punitive damages for frivolous lawsuits.

Hello outlier. Did not even vote. Insignificant. Statistically discarded. Not representative.

They were happy to collect your money but your were still a collective major pain in the ### for the union. Nobody likes a whiner or wants to sit near a screaming brat in an airplane.

Excellent bottom line summary.

I had an e-mail conversation with Capt. Gay today (he doesn't post or lurk here). I mentioned that you were using a picture of his (again). He said the following: "Send Messr. Claxon a private message with this image and tell him it’s compliments of Steve Gay. Have him say Howdy! the next time he sees me in CLT or PHL!"

He attached a nice picture in the e-mail. If you send me your e-mail address, you can use that picture.

You'd like to pull gear for Capt. Gay. A very nice man with a great photographic eye. A gentleman that I am sure could teach you manners and humility.

Have a great day, Cupcake!

Fed Ex pilots tried to tell you. They called it right. Did you listen? Naw..

Computer problems? We ALL know that Capt. Gay has a blog page that you took his photo from. Just like we know that all you can post ad nauseum the old news (drug running), 25 year old Ansett videos, and only portions of court rulings that seem to support your Date of Hire attempt.

It's all going to be over very soon Cupcake. USAPA will be a distant painful memory of hubris & arrogance. Millions lost in wages and benefits, NEVER to be recovered. Millions spent to assail a smaller group with RICO charges, ID Theft, & attempted evasion of a final & binding seniority award.

If only they had heeded that advice in 2007. A retiring A330 Captain will have lost nearly $750,000.00 in wages, contract improvements and time off. Now? ZERO. NADA. ZIP. NOTHING. Not even a cheap plastic watch.

Well, he did get DOH for 5 years. Hmmmm.......3/4 of a Million dollars or DOH....

You've offered up a perfect example of just how much your vaunted "Integrity" actually "Matters" to you = ZERO! As the old saying goes: "We've established what you are, now; we're just haggling over price." 😉...And who wants some cheap, plastic watch anyway? 🙂

I will surely never see him in PHL, but if in PHX will greet him the same way his president does....."NO"
