M/B is not legal to use to merger the east and west list. Read the transcripts and court filings every entity has said that the east west has to be finished BEFORE the us airways American list can be done.

BTW Nicoalu did not declare your 17 years worthless. He just determined that it took 17 years at us air to be worth what a new hire had at America West.

You could have said thank APA... but you didn't... Why would anything you say eat at me????? USAPA has kept a probationary pilot from going ahead of a 17 year, never furloughed pilot... and those greed-soaked types like you could never understand why we became the lowest paid for years because we stood up for those pilots. We would not sell out our fellow airmen/women. No need to say "you're welcome" to me... I haven't nor would I thank you for something you had nothing to do with... you are just a worker-bee like the rest of us and have little to nothing to do with these matters.

You became the lowest paid becasue you were scared of losing your jobs. You stood up for nothing except givebacks.

That 17 year pilot you speak of was at the bottom of the list, and is sitting tandem with the guy at the bottom of the AWA list. The difference? The 17 year guy is on topped out pay (is that 12 or 15 years for you guys?)

Correct me if I'm wrong, you guys had guys on the street resulting from past BK's. So, in essence, that company they worked for is gone. Am I correct? When was the last bunch of USAirways pilots furloughed prior to the AWA deal? Have a date?

1. gotten a law degree
2. Medical degree
3. Masters degree
4. Started your own business
5. Traveled the world
6. Found peace in your life

There are former Eastern pilots on your list.
There are former AWA pilots on your list.

They have an order...

There is an LCC pilot seniority list.

One you'd like to dismiss, but ultimately that order will stand the test of time.

No there is NOT an LCC list. Read the MOU. There are 2 LISTS.
