Why so concerned? You east pilots have told the world that DoH is the gold standard. If true the APA should not worry and the UAL should not worry.

The fact that "money" seems to be your most important consideration in all this, clearly defines what you are. Now that you have defined your "character" it just boils down to how much you want to charge for your "services". How low would you be willing to go, for your "efforts"? Would the Kirby have done it for you? Probably.

I didn't say anything about DOH. I was merely making a case for why the APA and USAPA should be seriously motivated to and try very hard to negotiate a SLI agreement acceptable to a majority of the pilots who will have to live with it. How that negotiation might turn out is anybody's guess at this point, that's why they call it a negotiation. You know, give and take, compromise and achieve an agreement that can be ratified, unlike the NIC. What a concept. The question is, what are you afraid of?

But usapa and the east is only about DOH.

You easties have never given always taken.

How do you demand DOH and site it is the gold standard but now say negotiations are possible.

You easties would not could not negotiate with the west. Still won't.

I am not afraid of arbitration. Let the west make our case and we will be fine. Why is it that usapa does not arbitrate? They don't want base ball arbitration with the west. They don't want to arbitrate with APA and they don't want the west even on the room if when there is arbitration.

Don't much like to answer direct questions, do you? Again, how low were you willing to go? You carp incessantly about LOA 93, so would the "Kirby" have done it for you? I think so. Which males you a "cheap.....ah.....service provider". Keep in mind that Parker has said over and over again, that we were essentially "not worthy" of much more if any, due to our "second rate" hub structure. Suffice to say that Parker would have never offered enough money, sans a merger, to achieve a ratified East-West JCBA and that's a fact Jake! The sacrifices made by the entire LCC pilot cadre is what made this "game changing" merger possible and you can bet he thanks the "Airline Gods" every day for LOA 93, the rock bottom AWA wages and the NIC for making his "wet dream" possible.
