I have a question EAST? Why should we pay for your committee's bad decisions. This reminds me so much of the guy who goes to the casino. He knows that he really doesn't have the money to lose but bets anyway. When he loses he begins to beg for his money back as he really didn't mean to place a bet. When that fails he threatens to never return to that casino and tell everyone who will listen they don't play fair because they won't give him back the money he lost!!! Interestingly the casino boss tells the player not to bet on this number because it will NEVER come up!! The player feels he is smarter and wiser than the casino boss and bets it anyway.

Tell me East, whose fault is it that the player bet this way after being told not too??

If the casino makes a mistake or error in judgment by serving him too much liquor or the cards were purposely stacked against him or the player was a senile 85 year old man trying to make rational decisions, the casino would be liable.

I think we just really need for both sides to find a way to UNMERGE this operation. Let the West go on there own and the East do the same. We know both sides are definitely for that. Eveyone's happy again, there is no way this merger will ever work. (IMHO)
