Awa Uniform

Just out of curiosity, what does AWA agent uniform consist of.... Do they have to wear a tie... I'm hoping for a more causal uniform... Some of us work both inside and out... This has been the hottest summer in a while and running in and outside does not make us look very professional.... Just wondering...

Are you talking about a Gate Agent or Flight Attendent? Gate Agents have some opions on Friday they wear polos with their slacks or shorts or skirts during the week They are to wear their button up shirts with their ties or button covers. F/as on the other hand we have dresses, pants or skirts (female) buton up shirts with two diferent tie options or the button cover, (men) pants with a button up shirt with tie. They are being nice to us we don't have to wear our ties or button covers, and we can undo the top button only on our shirts till the end of October! Yeah for us!!

Female agents don't have to wear ties w/the blue blouse. There is also a nice navy sweater set w/a short sleeve shell and long-sleeve cardigan that is very nice.

I forgot all about that little number!! It is so cute, I wish the Flight Attendents could get something like that, but they think we don't need to be comfortable while we're working on a hot and stuffy AIRPLANE, especially in PHX AND LAS!!

The sweater set is the nicest uniform option ever at HP, and we (FAs) don't get to wear it! Boo hoo!

Let's keep or fingers and toes and eyes crossed that maybe when all is said and done (merger that is) we can have some NICE NEW COMFORTABLE UNIFORMS!! One can dream right?!?!?!
