DJ says, "Thank You". Now if we could just find out who this "DJ" person is. I'm gonna have to start asking around the crew room. I have a possible idea though.Unfortunately everyone is not a hard working, dedicated, and proud employee like you DJ. But, fortunately, you don't let those type of people get you down and continue to do your best for the customer and the company.

Well said. The people "love their job but hate their company" bring their negative attitudes to work. It shows to the customer. And that, more than anything, can ruin a company. And SL, don't say it's all management's fault that you feel that way--especially since you seem totally unwilling to give new management any benefit of the doubt. You have already resigned yourself to the belief that things will never improve. THAT is something nobody else can change. That can't be a very good feeling showing up for work everyday thinking to ones self..."how I hate this F#$%ing place". I love what I do here and hope we never have to endure what we all have gone through again. Some really need to check out and give the out of work person the ability to come back to US and work and do what THEY love to do as well.

Lets see, new management...!! Ummm…
In 24 years I've worked for at least 10 CEO's and been through more directors than you can list. Historically speaking, these guys are no different.
Pick up your pomp pomp’s and shoes after practice.
And like I said, if everyone in this company had the same attitude you do, we would definitely fail.Lets see, new management...!! Ummm…

Just a question for you SL........in those 24 years, have you had aspirations of becoming a supervisor, manager, director, etc.??Lets see, new management...!! Ummm…

If you stayed 24 years it isn't Managements fault you're unhappy It's YOUR FAULT
OK . .you say CEO's left because they saw something wasn't right. Based on your post history-you obviously believe the same thing. Our question to you is . .why are you still around??????Listen…CEO of a major company…anybody’s dream job…running the show, the big dog , bigger paychecks. Doing what most just dream about.
Why on earth would you leave..??? Think about that for one second..?? Leaving a dream job..?? Why, because something wasn’t right…something smelled…2 and 2 didn’t add up to 4. You people see where I’m heading with this…??
Every CEO saw something that wasn’t right and left….Over the last 10 years we have had a new CEO every 2 or 3 years. Its called…MISMANAGEMENT…!!
