We're really close this month to meeting the 82% OT for the bonus money. The weather channel is showing nothing major for the week as of now either. Can we get it done another month? I can really use the bonus money!!!

We don't have to make our 82.0% goal, just be in the top 3 of the majors. Hopefully everyone else has poor performance as well!

Yeah, I know that, but I dont want to have to rely on the other guys doing bad for us to do good. We need about 40 more a day to be at 82% (plus some more to make up the 2.5% deficit for the month). A couple of good 85% days would take care of that this last week. I'd hate to miss it by that little a margin.

2) $50 a month wont come close to covering what was lost true.
3) If you dont want yours, I'll give you my paypal account info so you can send it to me cause its the best we're going to get and if we dont get it, its $50 less this month that you could have made for just doing your job.
4) I'm not drinking the Kool Aid, but I'm not going to pass up free money either no matter how small it is. You can send me all your pennies too if you'd like since at the end of the month I have a nice chunk of change going for just collecting what people leave behind.

Thanks for the pity but no need for it. :angry: I make a living wage. Single, own my own house, doing good. Was even doing good when I was part time. I just think its pathetic that there are some on here that scoff at $50 for just doing your job, yet in the next sentence cry poor. YOU ARENT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK so if thats what you're waiting for, its going to be a long one. The people in the sad state are the ones who constantly #### and moan about what has been taken from them yet continue to take it. If you dont or cant live on what you're earning, find another job. I know quite a few people who did just this and they are happier now than while they were here. Why must EVERYONE who stays, enjoys their job, and is still ok with what we make be in such a sad state? Maybe I've just found a new target for your pity. I'll add mine while I'm at it. 🙄

Someones feeling fiesty tonight. Guess I hit a nerve? Anyway, have to head out to the local Gas N Go on my bike (its a 10 speed!) to get fixins for dinner. Maybe I can find some good road kill along the way. 😉 (The truck has been up on blocks for weeks now!)

It's pathetic that someone who is happy making a wage they are comfortable with is ridiculed by someone who is clearly disgruntled by the down turn of the industry. Blame the company for their misfortune, Blame the unions, Blame Bush, Blame everyone except themselves. The blame falls on you for not making yourself marketable...or if you are marketable and are unhappy in your current profession and aren't looking for another job then stfu, nobody wants to hear you whine...you have no basis for your whining. If you thought getting a job at an airline was your ticket to security without doing anything to improve yourself you were wrong. #### happens. Adapt and overcome, it will be along time before the good ole' days comeback if ever. The market is dictating the direction of the industry not DP, or anyother airline executive. It's called economics.

By the way, the company will help pay (modest contribution of 1000 bucks annually) to furthering your education so you don't have to wallow in the condition you feel you have unfairly been put in. Sorry it happened, but that's reality. Now do something about it.

It's NOT free money. Each and every employee works for that extra bonus.
