Scott, if we vote down the MOU we won't get a pay raise until the JCBA. It may be a year from now before we get to a JCBA. Regardless of the MOU, we are getting a joint contract but what purpose would we have to vote down the MOU? The end is still the same.

Well it is a good thing that you don't work here so you don't have to worry about it.

But I would like to thank all of the dedicated west pilots that have contributed so much to find justice. Very soon the Nicolau will be implemented and we can put this behind us.

The Nicolau is the list, no doubt. It just will not be included in the MOU. You guys can only take one beating at a time.

Will the new MOU for the new merger explicitly ensure the provisions of the previous TA are not superseded in total, or will it just be explicitly stated that the Nic provision is carried forward?

There is no NIC anymore the courts put that to rest, worry about how much your getting 10 g ain't enough.
