That is what we know of. Who runs to Dallas behind our NAC back last spring at before DiOreo was booted. Gary has NEVER been much for policy and protocol unless it comes from him FIRST. IMHO the constitution should be rewritten to where one BPR rep should chair the important committees. That could take the sting out of "rogue leadership".

You are making it up, nothing done "behind our NAC back" last spring, unless you mean DiOrio kicking the West Committee members out of the room with APA and the Company. Ask them. This was all sour grapes from the CLT reps who were still smarting at the loss (there is the "sting" you mention) of their "special" base being in on all Officer planning at the exclusion of PHX, DCA, and PHL. And we don't "rewrite" the CBL. We introduce language for a vote at the BPR level to go out, and then the Membership votes yes or no. Greeter

DiOrio spent four years on full FPL and never brought so much a side letter. At some point (and enough was enough) it is time for new blood. When the new admin took office he hoarded info and refused to work with other involved committee chairs. That was his Cleary "info is power" way of doing things. He kept pushing and after being called on the carpet numerous times was let go, with approval of the BPR. He then (heavens!) had to actually work under LOA 93 for a change. He is still withholding information in the hopes it will get him off the line. I am not part of the CLT recall (other than happily signing on) and (again) neither is Munn. Who knows what effort he supports today, I guess it depends on when he takes his meds? And finally, since you choose to drag it up again, the RICO action was done with full approval of the BPR. Period. They did not ask me either.Your heart is there, but you have not been. I know you support the CLT reps, and you will soon get a vote to prove it. But quit dragging up this old election fodder. Greeter
If you were at the BPR meetings as much as I was and talked to these guys IN PERSON which I did because I didn't want to hear it third party.

Paul was continuing to try new and novel approaches to the company for several sections to close out. Ask Dean and Peterson. The company wasn't serious about any proposal to break a logjam. They weren't interested for obvious reasons but didn't want to give Cleary additional ammo for status quo II. How much "new blood" are you going to get until we run out of "eligible" new blood. You want third listers to run and get elected? Because that's the experience new blood brings.

RICO was approved by BPR SANS West pilots. If you recall we were having a tough time getting BPR reps coming online from the West. Heck I should know, I spent enough time calling west pilots to volunteer at the time.

Not only was my heart there, but so was the rest if me. If your really interested in the history I know it for a fact. I was there.

This is why East and West can never work together. I can make the same case for you.

I'm just above you're name calling.

The more we see responses from the likes of you simply demonstrate to all the irrationality of your "argument". Please carry on with your rants.

You asked if I thought you were a scab and I gave you an honest answer. I don't rant, simply answer questions honestly. Now that you know that I believe that you are a scab I promise not to call you that because it is inappropriate to throw that word around on a pilot's forum.

I do, however, feel compelled to remind you when you are being an asswipe. It's all in good fun. (for me)

Kind of like Rhett Butler crying to Parker about no widebody flying and how he will have to go to Air China, and all the growth out west, that was a funny one.

You missed the point of that whole exchange. (big surprise) Captain Butler was confronting Parker about the disingenuous manner in which he treats his employees. The PHX pilots confrone Parker. East pilots kiss his ass. It does, however, appear to be working for them.

When Hummel and Bradford ran off to PHX early on without letting anyone know about it. No transparency on his part, everyday he makes Cleary look like a hero and should probably call him to get advice. HE IS WEAK and the company knows that.

You're all weak and the company knows that.

Whom do you think invited Parker to speak a the spring BPR meeting? We're you there when BP asked Parker what he needed from us and he said "nothing"! You are really that naive to have Gary and Steve remove DiOreo from the NAC even though his intimate knowledge of our contract was unianimously supported by all three lawyers?
Are you aware that Wilder and Coello are asking Gary to let him come back for that very reason?

Why replace him with Owens who was sent to APA to somehow get their tacit approval to work with our company? How is it that the MOU has to be supported when the NAC is empowered to negotiate a CONTRACT, not some side letter that has very little legal support in relation to our prior contracts. Are you aware that the BPR voted 10-0-1 to NOT APPROVE THE MOU AND THEN SEND IT OUT FOR A VOTE? Moot point now, dead issue.

Don't you think we've had our fill of side-letters? That as one of the reasons we got rid of ALPA....remember?

As far as your recall website is concerned 90 percent of what you have on there comes from Chip. We all know his mark. I happen to know that one of people you have "advertised" as a possible rep has no intention of running, so is there really truth in advertising from YOUR site?

Why do I need to give Steve any debt of gratitude BTW when he didn't do most of the work. I have a list of all the pilots who worked hard and Steve was only one of the many. Secondly, I was there when Steve was chosen for President and it wasn't for his administrative experience. In fact, that is why the EVP position was put in at the last minute to help take the load off Steve. (And increased the already top heavy leadership problem we have). Lastly Steve is the one who got the RICO lawsuit with the West started. If Steve really cared about establishing some kind of "reaching across the isle" to the West he wouldn't have run. But he did and the west still hate him for that as much now as they did then. Tell me, how does THAT serve the common good?

Steve NEVER came to me and asked me how we should handle the West pilots.

I have never sugar-coated the obstacles in front of us and I never will. If it means I don't ever get elected is actually fine by me. We now have less than 5000 pilots with many on the East not willing to serve because of our differences.

The recall CLT website is just as "un bias" as "un bias facts" which has never really given the whole story. If YOU want to succeed in the recall effort, at least get your facts straight on the website.

We have a problem and the problem is communication. The leadership doesn't communicate with the BPR, (even the West agrees with that) and that lack of communication imputes conspiracy. When our legal team gives in to the leadership hat contrast that of our constitution supporting a contract solution to a seniority solution WE ALL LOOSE.

And that is the real reason none of us are going anywhere fast.

BTW I still support the CLT reps for reasons like the support they give the pilots in representational actions from the company. You don't address that on your website.

Tell me, Greeter. You running for CLT rep? You can call me a blowhard all you want but the facts still remain the facts. I'll debate facts as long as you're willing to know the history from those who were there before you start casting aspersions.

Wow. Lots of bloviating from Jamie boy. Does anyone actually read his drivel? Poor Jamie, wannabe union leader left standing with his crank in his hand.

Buyers remorse, Ames.

I won't call you a scab anymore because you now know how I feel that you are a scab.

We call that backstabbing in the real world.

Justify your "religious" morality to someone else.

It's actually great Fun for me too, because I sit on reserve Captain pay @ 76 hours short call guarantee and not called yet. I'm all caught up on my honey do list and just enjoying the holidays with my family.

We grow and unfortunately West junior pilots are promised something by a false prophet from Eric (profit, ha ha) that they will stand extremely little chance of realizing and continue to suffer through the holidays, which doesn't been ME a lot of joviality on their behalf.

But your poisoning the well on there behalf gains you what? The Nobel Peace Prize?

Save it for Obama.

Here it comes. The great Eric Ferguson, Dave Simmons wannabe.

Talk about bloviating.

You and your corporate lawyers like Harper and Jacobs just continue to tilt at windmills.

You know why people by increasing numbers come to this site? (I look at the following numbers.). It's just like the gladiator movie.

ARE YOU ENTERTAINED?

Again, it's not breaking my heart.

Enjoy your holiday in PHX.

Ah ####, now I am going to lose sleep because some piss ant scab has disdain for me. As far as the entire industry, most I talk to think A&W is a #### airline started and still maintained by scabs. So #### head go fcuk yourself. Your just another big mouth with a computer.

Ohhh. A tough guy. Boy am I scared. Just another irrelevant POS easthole who thinks he has it all figured out.

You would have a hard time finding a scab on the west but you ucrapa supporters to actually meet the definition.

PS: Ask anyone who knows me. I call it like I see it and certainly am not afraid to tell you what you need to hear to your face, tough guy.

You're being an asswipe again.

Even the small minded and ignorant like you Ames sometimes catch on without help.

Enjoy your time in PHX.

So, Jamie boy. Who is this Dom guy you had me pegged for. I want to buy him a beer.
