No Clear, in their minds they're winning. They have their DOH with separate ops and they don't care that soon they'll be paid less than FAs at other carriers. I can't believe that they seriously thought they could have a new contract and DOH. Nobody short of being brain dead could be that dumb. Their plan all along was separate ops forever.
Unless you believed by some fancy fliers and a kangaroo court we would be intimidated into believing the "NIC" was the EAST answer to Valhalla, remember you and CLEAR have 4 airlines merged with contracts you can apply to!

I was thinking of getting hired as a FA at Alaska. I'd make more than you, have a better line and no commute out east🙂
