They won't impose it. They'll just say no. No to anything else as it's too much liability. You guys are the only ones who don't care about the liability because you'll BK USTUPID in a heartbeat without a second thought. The company won't do that. So LOA93 until you retire or the Nic. I know, I know....you'd rather retire on LOA93 than accept the nic. B.S. I say. Look at those United rates and try to imagine what life would be like if you were a "real" airline pilot.
The best evidence that NIC is one sided, is the fact that you want it so badly!

Hardly. Does that mean because you obviously want DOH so badly....Mr. "Nevergiveup" that DOH is clearly one sided? (nevermind the fact the jury saw right through uscaba in 90 minutes btw)

Chill replied:
"Trump, Empire...
The garbage you continuously spew, do you actually believe it too?"

You refer to garbage and trash talk at the same time. Nice multi task.

You know darn well Empire was not a US Air merger.
The little tiny mergers I went through before Trump were PSA and PI, both straight DOH. US/PI might have been the largest merging of pilot groups in history, at the time.
I will give you Trump, but I won't give you AWA (see "USAPA.")
And you can keep your own spew about reordering previous lists to yourself. You always go there next.

Greeter

Easties, your reps are now in possession of the knowledge that the Nicolau is the list going forward. Both the company and the UCC's counsel have made this clear to them. USAPA has been advised that they can either move forward cooperatively or be dragged along in this merger.

The beginning of the end of USAPA is just a matter of days away.

BALD FACE LIE! Just another child trying to stir the pot.

Bankruptcy court approves APA-AA agreement

APA INFORMATION HOTLINE
This is APA Communications Director Gregg Overman with the APA Information Hotline for Wednesday, Dec. 19.

BANKRUPTCY COURT APPROVES APA-AMERICAN AIRLINES AGREEMENT: During a hearing today in New York, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane approved the APA-American Airlines Collective Bargaining Agreement that our membership ratified on Dec. 7. Also today, Judge Lane denied a motion filed by a group of pilots seeking to preserve the lump-sum benefit in accordance with the language in Supplement B of the old Green Book. Judge Lane’s ruling on that motion enables the agreed-to freeze of the A Plan to proceed, thereby averting plan termination.

APA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING UPDATE: The APA Board of Directors reconvened at 9 a.m. Central today at union headquarters in Fort Worth, spending the morning in a closed-session discussion with Equity Distribution Ad Hoc Committee. The focus of the briefing was eligibility criteria for distribution to special status pilots (non-APA members, furloughed pilots, long-term disability, etc.).

The Board has also been receiving periodic updates from Negotiating Committee Chairman First Officer Neil Roghair concerning the ongoing four-party discussions between AMR and US Airways management, APA and the US Airline Pilots Association representing US Airways pilots. These discussions are aimed at crafting a memorandum of understanding that would serve as an interim agreement while a merger is undertaken. Along with providing us an opportunity to make incremental improvements to our contract, the MOU would also address the two pilot groups’ merger-related priorities and concerns.

That’s it for now. We will provide further updates as warranted. Thanks for checking this hotline.

And DOH was used in a lot before that. Explain your logic that says that they have to go as the 4 prior? The seniority integrations in this company that have been IMPLEMENTED are by and far DOH.

The neutral, professionally trained arbitrators of the Shuttle, America West, Delta - Northwest, and Frontier - Republic pilot seniority arbitrations determined that slotting by equipment and status is the fair way to merge pilot seniority lists.

The overwhelming probability is the M/B American - USairways arbitrators will reach the same conclusion.

Yawn...

Why can't you be as tired of writing that as I am of reading it?
