Did everyone see the CBS posting that they had for GHOST RIDERS? They want to get flight attendants to do the job and perform check rides. Isnt that a management job? Should a fellow Flight attendant write up another flight attendant? AND, what does the COMPANY do with said, ghost rider reports? Do they dicipline on the WEST side? Anyone?
Is this intimidation coming EAST? Or is it productive?

These programs have been going on for YEARS on the East. They are for data collecting. Yes, the information obtained MAY get you called into your supervisor's office, but the actual rider is NOT the one disciplining you.
We need this program BAD!!!!!
We have gotten so far out of touch with what we are supposed to do that it needs to be done.

For an example:
Where is it written that we changed the express services from a 9 hole tray to a beverage cart drapped with a blanket (to hide sodas on the 737-300) with Coke, Diet Coke, etc on top????????????????????
That is the TACKIEST thing I have ever ever seen.
I am not a company cheerleader by ANY stretch, but we need to start doing things the way they are supposed to be done.
AND wear our uniform the way it is SUPPOSED to be worn.
Isn't this what we get paid for in the first place???????
Try doing "your own thing" in a REAL company and they would fire your a$$es.
Why we as flight attendants think we have the right to do our own thing is beyond me!!!
