BTW, you've clearly been gone awhile; you don't call ATL banymore; you call PHX. You know, another 3rd party...

look in your corporate directory. 404-715- XXXX is the prefix to DL's GO, not the ESC. I specifically said you would have to call a DL employee at the GO and not the ESC if you want to talk about the issue.

was your response from DL about giving your PERSONNEL information to their 3rd party processors (you missed that too) because that is the only way you will get paid or have benefits from DL?

 
That won't surprise anyone.

Think a little harder...
APFA is telling their members that being a part of a failed union is costing them $17K/yr in salary (I have no idea where they come up with that number but they said it) and AA pilots made it clear that they want the relationship DL has with its employees rather than what AA offers - so, if DL FAs want to go down the same road as AA FAs, then they too can pay the price.

And DL FAs have repeatedly signed cards but failed to vote in unions... they know how to play both sides of the game and get what they want without having to actually pay union dues or have "leadership" like Laura Glading who is chasing DL salaries now more than ever.

I'm familiar with my employer's phone numbers, thanks.

Again: Personal, not personnel. There's a difference.

And when you call/write/whatever the GO, you are directed to the ESC. Period.
 
I know there is a difference. if the information is related to the co's. ability to provide your PERSONNEL related benefits, then it is PERSONNEL information, even if it is also personal.

if they sell your flight history to telemarketers who are interested in helping you spend your next profit sharing check, that is personal information.

the post office delivers registered letters to Fortress Widget.

and the folks in HR admin do not have their work emails set on autoforward to the desert.
 
Whatever. I'm not going to spend all day talking in circles so you can boost your post count.

Here's the deal; your former employer routinely shares PERSONAL/non public info with a 3rd party, who then uses that confidential information to sell us products. I have never signed a consent form allowing that to happen. Maybe I'm the only one out of all 80k of us, but that doesn't matter.

When you protest over the phone (to ATL), you are reffered to the ESC. When you do so in writing, the same thing happens. Meanwhile the practice continues unabated.
 
I'm not out to run up my post count, Kev.

I am out to understand what information DL is sharing with other companies, what you have done to ask it not occur, and the responses you have received.

C'mon Josh, as a revenue passenger yourself, you talk to crew about their labor issues all the time, how is this any different?
 
What I do not understand is  why does DL outsource portions of the ramp  such as make up area    the make up area should be classified as ramp but not at DL    I sure hope and wish to see you all become union    Good luck with the card drive
