WT   last time I checked  only the pilots and dispatchers have scope    I just don't see any kind of contract with scope for the ramp or fas  but feel free to post it here so we can see..              if it actually exists

then why haven't they succeeded making you move to ATL?

AA and UA have closed scores of cities to its own personnel over the past few years.... Kev and other DL employees absolutely are enjoying scope protection that unions couldn't even enforce at other carriers.
 
No they do not why are stations split with DL employees doing some of the work while vendors are doing the work that should be done by mainline and not a vendor?

Bagroom done by a vendor, ramp being done by mainline employees?

That's not scope protection.
 
again WT we ask you to show the board the scope?  Hint    DL does not have scope for RAMP bec theyre not yet union   GET A CLUE MAN!

At UA thanks to the IAM everything is outsourced!

WT  if you say DL has scope  then go ahead and explain why parts of the ramp is not done by MAINLINE RAMP folks    That's one clue for you man
 
 
Josh  while the UA agreement sucks   (and yes I do agree it shld have never been brought to the membership)  the members  voted yes bec of the money  
 
Robbed yes the membership voted for it but if the NC hadn't brought it back they would have never voted on it. And as T5 says people are very remorseful at UA especially with the LOA (fulltime commitment letter) which despite its name allowed the co to shift people to PT status.

Why is it ok for you want for AA to outsource small stations for the hubs to make $30 an hour yet you slam the IAM for the UA CBA?
 
The IAM has led the industry in concessions and lowered standards for all workers, the CWA and TWU have not.

The TWU started the B scale and a C scale back in 1983

Answer what was asked of you since you talk out of both sides of your mouth.
 
The TWU rocks compared to the IAM. TWU has industry leading agreements at WN for ramp and F/As.

not according to many of the original AA folks Ive talked to    They (and yes one happens to be a neighbor of mine) says that our contract  even the 08 one was/is helluva lot better than TWU 
 
And the IAM has the highest paid agents and reservations at WN.

The TWU at AA doesn't have the best record and they had a crappy CBA at HP.

Try again.

And answer what is asked of you instead of bringing up everything else that doesn't matter.
